The Villa is 15min from the town by foot but the views in the morning are amazing. Definitely worth to stay here instead the big hotels Great little place. Eight rooms on the property, each with its own bathroom and some with a balcony. We booked six of them. For the price and location, we were very happy. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and maintained. There was a lot of common space (kitchen, dining room, living room), so our large group of three households could all fit at mealtime. There was hot water most of the time. The kitchen was much larger and easier to use than we expected, including a large fridge and an espresso machine. The host is very receptive to any requests or feedback. We came in June, which is apparently one of the best months to visit. The lake and surrounding areas were almost empty. Nice hotel. Rooms are good. You don't get breakfast, but you can go and eat something in the city. The road to the vila is a gravel pit. The owner don't speak english. I think only hungarian.
