Service impeccable, the couldn't have been any more accommodating. Bait UNREAL. Guests can't stop talking about it. Highly recommended. The parking meters are old and semi functional. They need cash, and their is no way of having your bank card read. You can use a phone link to pay - or so it says. I tried. The display panel, was filthy so I tried to clean it with spit. (!) I used my mobile to dial the number for instructions but all I saw was Add Number. What number? Or numbers? In the end persuaded the coffee vendor at the Cricket ground to change a note but lost 80p as no change is given. Zero stars. The Colonel room was mint World’s rudest barmaid. Repeatedly shouted in my face that there was a problem with my card (which works perfectly fine). What a horrendous experience to endure after attending a family funeral. The food was also poor. Oven chips drowned in salt and soggy sandwiches. Daughters 21st last night lovely and allowing me time to set up for the evening, Buffet was amazing and plenty of it thank you again Had my wedding reception and night do on 02nd April 2022. Couldn’t say enough good things about our day we absolutely loved it! The were so and helpful and the food was beautiful, everyone kept saying compliments to the chef (and were asking if they could come for Sunday dinner!) DJ was great also!
