It was my first time in the of Light. Signage was poor to find our in Executive Box B and we almost gate crashed hospitality for the real VIPs which was embarrassing (where was the signage!?!). We found our with the help of the stewards, thank goodness they were on hand. However, I then asked where the toilets were. From the 'Executive Box' I was directed to the loos on a main concourse below and the queues for the women's were extra long (I'm sure that there was a much greater percentage of women than normally there for the men's football and the toilets couldn't cope). It was a grim experience which, I am sorry to say, would make me think twice about visiting the again. Some cubicles weren't flushing and the water on the floor of the one I had to use had come from I don't know where. Fortunately the atmosphere of excitement helped overcome this lack of luxury having treated ourselves to what I thought were 'luxury tickets' for a luxury experience. The padded seat and excellent view I must say were definitely worth the expense. Just had to review considering the whole of this first time experience. (I understand a cubical takes more room than a urinal and that the normal crowd for a Sunderland football game may well be more males than females. But this is the women's cup.
