This is long and peaceful, making it an excellent spot for naturism. Even when it gets crowded, it remains one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. If you’re driving, be cautious—cars can easily get stuck in the sand dunes. The sea is beautiful close to Nea Moudania and half an hour from Thessaloniki, it never gets deep and there is a water park. Very nice beach, far away from the crowded beaches near by. A lot of pebbles and clear water. Please be aware, thieves are lurking on the parking place of Yabanaki bar. We had the worst experience in the last day of our vacation. Thieves broke into our car and stole valuable belongings. Also we understood that we were not an isolated case. It was shocking for us that this things are happening right next to the bar. We declared it at the police but although they were very nice and paid attention to us we don't put big hopes to recover anything. The is not bad. It is very long and sandy. We were going there because it is not crowded and sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge if you order from the bar. Obviously big mistake...Greece is a beautiful country, but we've been left with a very bitter taste due to this incident. So please, don't leave you cars unattended!
