We came here a few times. Their shrimp are amazing, on the expensive side 18€ for 7 shrimp. The grilled calamari is also great. The musaka was ok, a bit too salty. The was very friendly. Very nice place, not crowded with acceptable prices and music. In my opinion, the best bar from Tessaloniki to Chalkidiki. We had a few days here, we then travelled to Tessaloniki and we tried going to bars closer to it. Well we tried Sahara, we tried Melissa but they don't come close to Pastazi. The food is coocked well and on location, products are fresh and prices are reasonable. The music is very chill and melow house music, perfectly volumed and mixed. The staff are professional, quick, polite and very accomodating. Visit Pastazi, you will return and again. We just drove 1h from Tessaloniki as its our last day and we wanted to spend it here. Nice ambiance but is partly bad. Person that should be taking the plates after we finish was just going around and waiting to take the plates. She was trying to reach the plate from the other side of the table and her hoodie ended in my friend’s plate… she just said “oh” haha and left. Everything else was fine, fast service, pizza and bad gyros unfortunately. My review is for the restaurant not the bar. Their is very bad and couldn’t be any slower, we only had lunch once and didn’t even bother to comeback again becuase we had to search for the waiter by ourselves altohough there were couple of them just standing by a table and laughing and it was not even hihh season yet it was last week of June. Catastrophic service! This year you are waiting for 1 hour for some waiter to even look at you. You wait for the order for minimum 30min. Until last year it was but this year it’s catastrophic. We were spending every day 70-80€, and even having lunch and dinner at the but not anymore. Very rude and provoking manager. You don’t have to pay for the sun beds, but instead have a coffee or a drink as payment. There is enough distance between the umbrellas. The prices are good, is great and the food is very tasty. On both occasions, it was the same young man who works at the bar who rudely told us to leave the sunbeds, claiming they were "reserved", even though there was no sign or indication of any reservation. This time, his behavior was completely unacceptable, he waited until we had already settled in, then came over and aggressively told us to move. He was loud, disrespectful, and even used foul language and all of this in front of small children. The overall at the bar is very poor. The staff are extremely slow, unmotivated, and unprofessional. When we try to order something, they roll their eyes before reluctantly approaching us. The itself is beautiful, but this kind of treatment ruins the experience.
