Attended the SEND session recently and although it is a good size, fun place to be. The behaviour of the did sour our experience somewhat. I completely understand the need to have rules for the safety of everyone but in a SEND session with reduced numbers I would trust me as a parent to not bounce my child across the room or do anything that will harm them. Not to mention that the repeated, although polite reminders about this rule or that, just saps the fun out of it and puts me on edge having to watch over my shoulder to see if I am doing things right or not. Then on top of that I have to try and impose those rules onto my SEND child which is just even more difficult. My point is, if a child has a responsible adult with them maybe trust that person to know what they can or can't do. We already signed a waiver so it is on us at that point in my opinion. Anyway. There is plenty of free parking outside and there is a lift up to the site which is on upstairs otherwise so it is wheelchair accessible. Inside there is a good size area, a big bouncy castle site and a really cool bouncy football court thing as well as an air bag. If your child likes bouncing this place will keep them entertained for a reasonable price. I would still recommend giving this place a go if you want, it is good but I think the could use a bit more common sense when it comes to the application of rules to strike a better balance between letting people have fun and keeping people safe. Right now there is too much on the side of safety and it saps all the fun out of it. Some of the things advertised aren't actually here anymore. Such as the Ninja Warrior track etc. The safety video was only a couple of minutes long. No need to book beforehand. I read the comments about staff, I do understand where they're coming from, but it's worth mentioning that they're not all grumpy. One of which - guy with mustache and hair in a bun, was really helpful, welcoming and always smiling. The girl at the till was nice too, the others were super miserable, tall guy with shaved sides, short hair is a bit power hungry and looks like he hates all kids, lol maybe needs a job swap. Most things are crossed off the food menu, so we went to one of the other restaurants near by. They are weird about the socks, so don't bother bringing a pair from another place. My son had fun, cheap to get in, but I paid nearly £4 for one bottle of juice. To be honest, we probably won't return unfortunately. Had my little boys 5th birthday here today. We had the UV which was really good. The host think her name was Ella was lovely so kind and caring. All the were really friendly, plenty of food and drinks for the and the room was really nicely decorated. Would highly recommend! Plenty of seating upstairs for parents and wasn’t too busy in there. Lots of different activities to do instead of just jumping. Couldn’t of asked for a better party. Thankyou! were rude and unfair. My husband went to go help our daughter up after a minor fall, the ran over to tell him he wasn’t wearing the correct and had to purchase them. It was a one off event. He pointed out 4 moms all playing with their children without the purchasable but the just said they were telling him? A strange response and my husband and daughter were left feeling singled out. The rest of the facilities were ok. Wouldn’t return again. Awful place DO NOT VISIT!!! Manager Paul is so rude and humiliating he has ZERO customer service skills he shouted at me in front of my and was following me round and harrassing me in front of my children. The are rude and they wont let you in without air hop branded socks, this is not communicated on their website so we brought our own socks, this is never an issue at any other park but they make it an issue here!! my were told rudely to get off and get the air hop they also made my son go and get another wrist band despite the fact his sister had it on. When we went to go swap the and came back on the manager rudely accused me of stealing the air hop despite his own telling me to swap them. They don’t allow under 4s on (which I’ve never known at any other park) My 2 year old was too young to go on so I watched my older with her at the side , at one point I was told off for allowing her to stand with one foot on a crash mat, saying she can’t use the equipment because I hadn’t paid for her. I didn’t know standing on a crash mat was using the equipment!!. There is a metal chain across the entrance to the trampolines and there’s a young girl stood there ‘policing it’ she shouted ‘get off!!’ really nastily to some at the end of their session which was totally unnecessary. At one point this same girl refused to let me in with my 2 year old despite me holding her and despite the fact my other were in there on the trampolines, I ignored her and walked in anyway and she gave me a dirty look and started to talk on her walkie talkie about me to another member. The walk round with walkie talkies talking to eachother about customers and make you feel so uncomfortable and harrassed. My hated it and also felt uncomfortable and harrassed by the staff. My were told to get off about 3 times and they are such well behaved kids. They totally kill any fun, the place was dead in the middle of the summer holidays and I can totally see why. All the act like they don’t want any customers in there. Vile place vile we won’t be back, there are many other friendly fun parks in the area that are nothing like this and we will continue going to these instead Had my daughter’s here last night all were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for the and party! thank you all so much! great deal aswell as 20% of weekday party’s! Me and my family had a visit to airhop a few weeks ago and I would like to commend the service. The court monitor at the time was called Lucas and he was more than helpful with the children. Amazing member. The receptionist was called Ryan and he was also very kind and helpful and made my experience much better and smooth. Freedom use to be such a cool place 7 years ago and now, the dodgeballpit is gone, just GONE. It's an ok place but I want this place back to the way it was because when I used to play dodgeball everything was fun but now, it's just a lame bouncy castle. It will be great if you got rid of the bouncy castle and replaced it with a dodgeball pit. Also the red and blue is ugly it doesn't suit at all and I used to socialise with everyone which made everything fun. It's just lame now, it's just lame.
