Suntem clienți care vin tocmai de la București a servii o de calitate la acest restaurant și care se reîntorc cu alți clienți de fiecare dată. Astăzi am fost poftiți afară ca a fost o “revervare” verbală între restaurant și client, însă fără a rezerva mesele din incinta restaurantului cu o plăcuță a fi vizibil alți clienți. Rezervarea făcându-se un număr de 18 persoane, moment în care alte mese erau ocupate și de alte persoane, iar noi ajungând înaintea grupului care a făcut “rezervarea” nu am putut fi serviți și nici măcar nu a fost găsită o soluție a pleca cat de cat mulțumiți.
