Wir sind immer gerne in die Spielbank gekommen, allerdings kam es am genannten Abend zu einer unangenehmen Auseinandersetzung zwischen meinem Mann und einem Mitarbeiter namens Bloeck an der Bar. Grundsätzlich hat die Spielbank sehr freundliche Servicemitarbeiter und man fühlt willkommen, aber dieser Mitarbeiter verhielt sehr unfreundlich uns gegenüber, sodass unser Abend für uns nicht so abgelaufen ist wie erwünscht, was auch Schade für das Image des Casinos ist, da wie bereits erwähnt, man sonst sehr wohl und willkommen von den Mitarbeitern fühlt. Bei dem gang auf das WC habe ich eine komplett mit Urin versehene Toilette vorgefunden. Der Saalchef versicherte mir nach freundlichem Hinweis das man der Sache annehmen wird. Eine Stunde später hatte auf dem WC nichts verändert. Des Weiteren ist aufgefallen das bei einer Auszahlung durch das Personal extra große Scheine (20,00 € aufwärts) mitgenommen wird, um auszuschließen das man nur 5 € oder 10 € Trinkgeld geben kann. Seit neustem sind dann auch die Getränke noch kostenpflichtig geworden. Zusammengefasst ist zu sagen: Warum soll ich jemandem ein so hohes Trinkgeld bezahlen der mir mein Geld bringt und es gleichzeitig nicht mal für nötig hält meinem Anliegen bezüglich der Toilette anzunehmen? Es wird einem durch mehrere Aspekte ein feudales Domizil vermittelt. Dies ist meiner Meinung nach leider nicht mehr der Fall.
