Best we have been on and would highly recommend Very good site. All pitches are very spacious, on gravel. With grass at side, lots of pitches have there own water taps. Tarmac roads round site, ideal for kids scooters etc. Toilet blocks immaculate and very nice and new. Laundry facilities and small shop. Nice quiet not full of rowdy drunks and screaming kids. Very well maintained and fortunate to be here. Best camp I’ve ever been to. The is immaculate . The pitches are huge with plenty of space. All perfectly level with electric and own water tap. Shower block is spotless all looks like brand new. Nice family room with a bath which was nice. Generous dog walk area which is well kept Good play area for kids. Nice friendly staff. If this place had a bar and a swimming pool I would pay top dollar to stay here. Will be staying again Nice location and beautifully kept with nice staff. We visited the touring area. The only issue seems to be that some visitors do not adequately contol their dogs nor their own behaviour. There were times during the weekend when dog noise was a real nuisance despite more than one person reporting it as an issue. Also in line with most other sites there is a strict 11pm noise curfew yet there is a neglect for this by some to the detriment of others. This is a peaceful area and everyone should respect each other and if they wish to mingle after 11pm go into their caravans and not sit in their awnings disturbing others. Fab and has never looked better due to the fab Team. Love staying here Lovely quiet site, pitches are great size on the new part where we stayed and the toilet block is modern, warm and kept spotless. Old side could do with modernising, the pitches need to be able to park your car next to your van and the toilet block needs updating too.
