Really good soft catering for a range of ages. The lunch box was a good value bonus. Fantastic liesure centre. Polite receptionist. Very clean. The new was great for my grandchildren. Really good price. Great facilities. The soft centre was clean and my 5 year old had such a good time. Gym facilities are decent and my 13 year old feels comfortable going in on his own which must mean it's a friendly enough environment. Yet to try the bowling alley but it's a great addition. The here need training on BASIC customer service and shouldn’t be aloud to speak to parents and customers how they do! THE WORST PART if they are working in the soft they need training on SEN especially around autism because what a horrible place to take your children if they have autism and you have the 2 members who I have dealt with within the past 2 month! I’m not the only person whose autistic child has had a problem I spoke to another parent yesterday who had a problem too! What’s the point in working in a soft with kids if you have no training with SEN and customer service! EVERY single worker should have training for both! She’s lucky I didn’t kick up a fuss there and then and walked away calmly because next time I will stand up and ask who the hell she is talking too! My child is OBVIOUSLY going to go on different and act different to other children as he’s a non verbal autistic child! TRAINING NEEDS SORTING! Went with the grandchildren to the a couple of each times, we went to order food the couldn't crack a smile and were quite rude . Definitely need someone who has been trained in customer service . Was a member years ago. Asked for a tour which a member of was very willing and extremely helpful . Decided to join again. All facilities are brilliant with accessible timetables on site and easy booking system.. Which I've done several times.. .Chatted to who were also happy to answer any questions .. concession rates for disabled etc.. well worth it.. thankyou Completely mixed review - Soft - Great for small kids (under 148cm in height). Oldest child (10yr old approx. 150cm) was refused entry for being just over the height restriction however, nothing was said to the fair few adults that where running around in the junior area. Soft play/sitting itself was clean and it is very reasonably priced for the time duration. Some where pleasant and attentive however some where miserable and unhelpful with lack of people skill's. Bowling - No issues, went at a quieter time (5:30PM). Plenty of lanes. Very good weekday offers available. Good facilities but are very hit and miss. A combination of lack of competency and lack of customer service skills. This applies to reception as well as gym/pool staff. The Council should hold their to higher standards - there are plenty of people looking for jobs who would do a better job if given the opportunity. It seems like many just don't care and are not held to any standard.
