Definitely out dated tho We have attended as a family many times, and is our go-to leisure centre due to the quality of service. The prices can't be beat, and the services offered are ideal for any leisure centre. The facilities are always clean and the are attentive. The sauna and steam room's very well maintained. Needs knocking down and rebuilding asap I swim there regularly, good pool, well organised and really staff. Other users also really friendly. Good atmosphere. are always dirty, mouldy and smelly. While the do need refurbishment the environment would be a lot more pleasant if it was clean. Can only assume the most basic of inspections to maintain standards don't take place. The reception were but it was boring considering it’s a kids fun session. Just a couple floats chucked in the big pool. The were so miserable it looked like they didn’t want to be there. Every time I go for a swim, the reception are obnoxious, rude and really not interested in making new users feel welcomed. The young women on the desk whilst putting effort into looking the part clearly have some learning to do in regards to customer service. If the job does not interest you, maybe it is not the right one? I was once served by the manager and I thought things would be better. It is now clear that the young learned from her as she is just as rude, cold and unfriendly. Took our 4 month old for his first swim in the baby pool, he loved it but he started shivering as the water was freezing for him. We were only in 30 minutes. Walked back in the and it was absolutely freezing. I was even shivering so god help how my baby felt. Got him changed in the cubicle and his feet, legs and hands all turned purple due to him being freezing.the are filthy. Floors are deadly. There’s no family so you can get changed as a family as they are only in the female rooms. If you want to take a baby swimming, I’d avoid going here with the water being cold for little ones but it’s ideal for others Friendly, good lighting, sauna and steam room, clean and simple in the way I like it.
