It’s one of the best activity centres in the North East for — and even adults — to burn off energy, have fun, and enjoy a clean, safe environment. The park itself is massive and well laid out, with a mix of trampolines, foam pits, obstacle courses, and high-energy zones to keep the entertained for hours. Everything is well maintained and safety is clearly a top priority — the were brilliant at supervising and guiding in a friendly, encouraging way. Booking was easy online, and check-in was quick when we arrived. We were really impressed with how clean the whole place was, especially considering how busy it gets. There’s a good viewing for parents too, and the café was surprisingly decent — nice coffee, good snacks, and reasonably priced food for and adults. The absolutely loved it, and they were exhausted by the we left (which is always a win!). It’s value for money and a brilliant way to spend an afternoon. If you’re looking for an exciting day out that the whole family will enjoy, Infinite Air is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back soon! Used to love this place with my 3 year old daughter. Now, they have got rid of her favourite bit, the bouncy castle. Therefore the only thing she could go on, for ages 5 and under, was overrun with at least 9 years old. If you're happy to enforce one rule, then you need to enforce the other. On top of that, the place is absolutely freezing. Won't be back unless changes are made. We were there on Sunday, the on arrival were very helpful and friendly making us feel very welcome and checking in was easily completed. There is plenty of seating around by the various food areas, we never tried any but it did look good especially the ice creams. My daughter and her friend said it was one of the best trampoline parks they have been to with plenty of thing to do from playing in the inflatable area, to bouncing to their hearts content on the trampoline’s They even helped us get a taxi to the town centre as we had a meal to go to. Well done to everyone we had a time. 8 adults 9 went for a birthday,, we were told they would not cut the cake and we had to place the lid over it. Health and safety.. An autistic girl aged around 11years old. Thought it was OK to BITE other kids. The mother had a cheek to complain and say it was unexceptable her daughter got swung around by her hair. After biting not once but 3 times.. I think it's crap parenting that neither adult from there group was watching this child. PARENTS WITH TODDLERS PLEASE READ THIS! Infinite Air used to be such a place to take my toddler to, with a variety of areas to in; Soft Play, Trampoline Park and the Peppa Pig Bouncy Castle. However, it came to a very disappointing session this past weekend to find that, after paying nearly £30 for myself and a 3 year old, Infinite Air had removed the Peppa Pig Bouncy Castle (an absolute favourite for many parents) and replaced it with an over-stimulating area, where prices for games were £1-£2 per play. It was such a shame to see my child sucked into all of the bright lights of these over-stimulating games. We spent the first 20 minutes of our session with my toddler sitting on each machine pressing buttons (no money was spent on any machine) rather enjoying the usual bounce and that we have had previously. If I want to go to an arcade, I will go to a bespoke place. I had also spoken with other parents who had sad the exact same thing, disappointed with the removal of the Peppa Pig Bouncy Castle to find this loud, over-stimulating, money grabbing and spending the first 20 minutes of their session battling with their toddler to enjoy the trampoline park. Needless to say, we won't be going back any soon. It's such a shame as we really enjoyed coming here. My grandsons loved their visit here. I booked a two hour slot for them as they always enjoy their there. Had drinks and massive ice cream cornets which were lush A place for all ages. A huge with multiple trampolines and a soft for the kids. There's a viewing for adults with coffee shop, cakes , food, all you would want. love it. If screaming, over excitable kids, off their faces on skittles and slushies is your thing then you'll love it here!! Came for the tots session. Just short of £14 for 1 adult and 1 child. Arrived at 9:30 for a 2 hour full access session. The socks were included on price. We were first there were welcoming. It was freezing inside. Took a good hour to warm up so make sure you have a removable jumper. Plenty space to jump, a slide, basket ball hoops, soft and peppa pug inflatable. Wasn't busy either so always able to get on things. We went with our 5 year old who was only allowed on the small soft but this didn't stop him running off and going all over the frame meeting other . Good choice of drinks and snacks , hot dogs and nachos if you fancy something more. He didn't want to leave when his hour was up. Only £6 for the hour too. Would have given these 6 stars if available! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Emma who I booked with was so king and helpful and all of the other were brilliant with my daughter and chatty to me also. The opposite of Jump Giants in Gateshead ( NOT Newcastle as they say) I won’t be going back to Jump Giants and it’s closer to where we live, INFINITE AIR ROCKS!! We attended a SEN session. It was well staffed, and the were incredible!! I can't find a better word. They were involved with the young people who attended and had all the and patience as well matched energy. To see the way they interacted with the was amazing. If the or adults don't want to interact with staff. There is a digital game floor/room that uses projectors and cameras to place the person in a game, and they have to physically move to control the player. If nothing else, this is one of those places where the make the place what it is. On top of that, it is a really nice place with fairly priced food options. We have just left after celebrating my son’s birthday. He had fun with his mates and the were fantastic. The ladies on the reception were friendly and there were 2 young guys in the arena who were absolutely great! Didn’t get their names hut what fantastic people they were. Really engaged so well with the boys-doing racing games etc! Thank you guys! Great value for money on a weekday evening. Only down side of this place now is no indoor football pitches which both my sons & their friends previously used lots! Such a shame and no similar options in the area. Really shocked by the changes that have been made. Visited with two aged 2 and 7 and they previously have had fun in the soft area. The replacement of the large, all ages bouncy by type games costing £1 and £2 each is very sad. Only the very small ball park section is left. Smalls aren't permitted in the trampoline section. This place now has the potential to be a very, very expensive hour or two. Won't be back. I visited with my granddaughter today. I was shocked to see that the bouncy castle is no longer there and to make matters worse, in its place is a bunch of machines, such as car and motorbike rides each costing around £2. I noted that the entrance fee had not been reduced to reflect the reduced facilities. My granddaughter was very disappointed as she really enjoyed playing on the bouncy castle. I ended up booking for 10 13/14 year olds as the option was only showing availability at 10am where as I required an afternoon booking. I booked the jump for 3pm the 10 minute video ate into the jump time. Whilst the video was on I went to try purchase some jugs of juice. The behind the counter were less than friendly and rather snarky when they asked if I had a birthday room. I explained I hadn't however I just wanted a couple jugs of juice as I had 10 13/14year old with me. They still refused to give me these as I did not have a room. All rooms were empty in the duration of when we were there I did go our and speak with reception explaining my experience. I made the suggestion that if a big comes in it may be an option to make jugs of juice available. She explained this option was just for parties. I advised I had paid a substantial amount of money to have his birthday there she advised I could have booked a I advised I had tried but the only option was 10am which was not suitable for me. She advised I should have phoned as there was a glitch on the system. There was no resolve and the service was extremely poor. Following this we went for a meal at a local restaurant where the made a huge fuss of my son at the end of our meal and were so friendly. Even a couple jugs of juice wasn't a big deal. Highly disappointed in infinite air service We only got as far as the reception. The website failed to inform the public rhat there was no public accss between 1 30 and 2 30 due to a visit of 30 school in a 100 access area.. We were also lied to by saying that the visiting school group were aged 11/12. Untrue. We saw them arrive. This is the second this has happened. Highly unsatisfactory . The in reception did nothing to accommodate us. We won't be back. Would have given zero score if we could have. No more chances. Would not recommend. . Amazing trampoline park, jack helped me to do a front flip and to have the courage to jump off the big block . Definitely deserves a raise. I definitely it food is amazing the best bit for me was the ice cream bar it's got loads of different flavours. The best trampoline defo it again Overpriced!! Infinite Air have now taken away the main attraction for younger that use the soft play. The inflatable has now been replaced with machines you need to pay for. I won’t be returning. I Dragonflies (which is just along the road) to families with younger children. The prices are reasonable and there’s so much more for the to do when they are there. Gone down hill very quickly. Used to be for all ages. Returned today to find they had removed the peppa pig bouncy castle which is the main attraction for toddlers… yet the price remained the same. No prior warning about this which is extremely disappointing and one very confused toddler. It’s been replaced with ALOT of game machines which are extremely loud and overstimulating for a toddler session. The trampolines haven’t been maintained and it’s like jumping in mud. It also stunk of wee in the main arena. One very dissatisfied customer who won’t be returning such a shame. Forgot to add they are currently doing construction again no warning about this so in addition to the blaring game machines and music there was a lot of drilling and fumes. Totally unexpected and feeling mis-sold. I recently threw my 3 year old little boys birthday party. I cannot Infinite Air enough. The manager Emma was fantastic from start to finish helping me organise the party. Emma is very professional and we can’t thank her enough for an amazing and venue. On the day of the Emma and her couldn’t do enough for us and were on hand for any support. The had a fantastic and my little boy Asher had the best ever. Thank You Emma and your attention to detail was incredible on the day and all my guests commented how lovely and organised the birthday was.
