Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Very easy to reach both by public and private transportation. Free parking! The exhibition is written in 4 languages but if you don't speak German you can't understand most of the "sound". - very friendly staffs - very clean place - eventhough I had Geology at University, I find some contents are difficult to understand. I think you will find what you like more and less. - very, very creative way to exhibit - free entry for tourists in haut-Valais who has guest card from the accommodation and those who has credit Card from Reiffeisen bank. The entry price is high but very reasonable given that they take care of the museum in top conditions. - one of the BEST ice cream in Switzerland. - very good cinema - you can learn a bit of many aspects about nature here. If you have and around the area wondering what you should do, stop by this place. My had the greatest time here and I was honestly surprised how much we all enjoyed it. My LOVED how interactive this place was and ran those balls all around the place. We easily spent a couple of hours here as there was so much to see. The theatre room was breathtaking and wasn’t expecting that at all. The place is very well cared for and during these times, cleanliness is a big deal and this place was very clean. The bathrooms where also very clean and staff seemed polite as well. Relatively compact but innovative and rewarding exhibition of the alpine region. Lots of information, all in 4 languages including English, to augment the interactive displays and well presented models. Great for kids, young and old. Very well put together museum. We'll worth the visit for a couple hours if you're nearby. Very immersive museum with interesting mechanisms. Your proof of tickets are these solid balls that the reception gives you and you can use the ball to play with the interactive all over the museum. Has explaining the history of Jungfraujoch, glaciers, wildlife, and nature. Very nice place to visit, takes about 1-2h of your time. answers most questions one typically has around glaciers - also good restaurant within Perfect activity for a rainy day with in the Brig area. It worked really well for our 2-year old and 4-year old. Some great interactive (some supervision needed and we didn't accidentally destroy anything!). We were staying in Blatten and got the bus down and entry was free with the guest card. Think we were there for over two hours and could have been longer if we didn't need to leave to get lunch. There's a restaurant on site too (we can never handle any restaurant with our kids, hence we went elsewhere to eat, but it might be suitable for other families). A really interesting collection of information and interactive of the World Heritage area. We spent about 2 hours there. Most but not all had an English explanation as well as other languages. Only disappointment was a lack of emphasis on the wildlife of the Alps. What research is being done into the diversity, quantity and threats to wildlife in the Alps? More on this would be appreciated.
