Incompetent staff and absolute a joke. Worse healthcare facility I've ever beento. They asked me to go to another clinic without doing any examination of the issue I called for. It can not get worse than this. I have never been treated ok. No respect when you talk to them over the phone. The lady answering is always in a rush and will always want you to go to some other clinic although me and my family are registered here. The last time our son had blood samples taken and I can see in the results online that he is deficient of iron and thats why I visited the clinic in first place. I have contacted them again after 3 weeks but we still could not get any answers or comments on the test results. We were told the doctor will contact us and it has passed a week again. Simply the most unprofessional, in human, un respectfull, taking no interest in the patient and rude people I have seen in the healthcare department. I would not give them the 1 star that we are forced with. Hope some one somewhere will read these reviews and take action. Really bad service. They always say we don't have time for you today. Either call tomorrow or go to kungsangen or jacobsberg. They can't even book an appointment for the next day. Blir bara runt skickad i månader utan att få någon direkt hjälp. Otrevlig personal som skriker i telefon och inte har någon koll på nånting över huvudtaget. Är vuxen men fick en remiss till ett barnsjukhus tex, fick sedan remissen skickad till ett sjukhus som har stängt. De har verkligen noll koll och borde verkligen inte få utöva medicin över huvudtaget. Fick bra och snabba svar i chatten. Sämsta VC i svensk historia...var dit med grabben för problem med öronen.. "TA Alvedon å drick vatten" Besluta oss för att åka in till öronspecialist..visade sig dubbelsidig öroninflammation...tänka sig vad Alvedon och vatten kan göra..dom kan lika bra lägga ner verksamheten än att dilla i massa placebo bullshit!!! Inkompetenta kornflakes läkare! Otrevliga personal och tycker att någon myndighet måste kolla in där för att personalen är skämt!!!! Ett barn sjuk i mer än 4 dagar med 39,5 feber + hosta och hon tycker att man måste vara sjuk under längre tid för att få en läkartid eller hoppa in till närakuten när det är nyårsafton. Hon säger hjälp honom hemma och gör vad ni kan, nähäää på riktigt???! Vad tror du att vi har gjort hemma, bara kollat på honom och inte gjort något. HELT SJUKT I left a message on the answering machine and they contacted me the same day giving me an appointment for the visit for the next day. At the moment I have only made two visits and in both I was fine. Nice and polite staff and they were very helpful with me, also if I don't speak Swedish. Skulle förnya mina insomningstabletter förra veckan då ringde vårdcentralen o sa att jag får vänta 5 dagar innan jag kan hämta dom på apoteket veckan efter ringer vårdcentralen då hade läkarn sagt att jag ska göra en hälsokontroll får inga insomningstabletter har förnyat insomningstabletterna innan då sa dom inget om någon hälsokontroll så hur ska dom ha det sen behöver vårdcentralen veta vad dom säger o en charmkurs skada inte att dom går. I saw a so called doctor called SAID ZAYOTO and was treated like absolute trash! He did not believe any of my symptoms and flat out told me i am lying.He said how does he know its not a pre-existing condition(For a pregnancy related issue) to which i bluntly told him to review my medical journal and he can see that it is not pre-existing. I also needed a referral to a hospital to which he responded "oh they are full but i guess i will try" I used the KRY app afterwards, got my referral within a minute...and they confirmed he never "tried" to give me a remiss.I will be reporting him to IVO. I am currently pregnant and need a treatment done to which he responds " So you do not care that you are pregnant then?" Last i checked a nail problem in totally unrelated but hey he is the so called "doctor" but i was extremely upset at his attitude. He should not be allowed to practice medicine! In the end he very rudely said "are you satisfied now!" to which i said no i am not and he just walked away...Very professional right...I do not understand how individuals like this are allowed to be doctors. He did not care att all about what i was saying and while he was diagnosing" me it felt like he went out of his way to put to much pressure on my body resulting in me being unable to walk properly for most of the day (again due to my pregnancy related issue) and am still in agonizing pain as i type this.AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not waste your time and money here. Otroligt dålig personal med dåligt bemötande, ska man ringer de prick 8:00 för akut tid annars om man ringer 8:02 du får man ingen hjälp det är sjukt!!! Deras själva sjuksköterska behöver riktigt akut hjälp innan de börjar o hjälpa folk. Man får inte vara sjuk om man bor i jäkla upplands bro kommun. Fyfan dålig sjuksköterska, dem sa barn har ofta feber det är normalt och sen när vi kom hem barnen blev helt röd och blå och vi åkte till karolinska och barnen fick hjälp medecine och stannade flera dagar på sjukhuset. Han blev frisk efter en månad Lyssna aldrig på personalen They never have time for you. Worst helthcare center. My appointment was in 15:15. I had to wait about 40 minutes.
