A great place for some delicious Swedish food and their lovely weekday buffet. Interesting I guess if you are a fan of comics and it’s merchandise. I think they offer a curious collection with many valuable pieces that collectors are fans can appreciate. Not really my thing though but I appreciate the effort put in the displays and the explanations. Found it a bit overpriced. The building js nice from outside and has good facilities such a restaurant/cafe and clean bathrooms. What a lovely collection of Disney, Marvel and other old cartoon characters! So much fun for kids too riding Pluto amd Donald Duck as well as his car and the superfun and well made Trazan and Banarne jungle. The banana-themed outdoor playarea is truly a hit too! Will definitely go back one day! Not too crowded. Great place to visit. Amazingly funny, sweet and friendly. Lots of fun, also for kids. Engaging. Nice food/coffee and shop, all with very nice prices. This was an extremely rare collection with and awesome history in comics. It's a very special place because of the unique collection not seen anywhere else in Sweden AND the fact that you might just meet the one and only Lasse Åberg himself manning the souvenir shop or giving a guided tour. I am a big fan of Stig Helmer series of movie so the museum was a must-visit for me. However you'll be surprised that only a small part of the museum was dedicated to the movie series but was still interesting for a fan like me. The rest of the museum is dedicated to his major passion for the arts, specifically I feel was cartoon artistry. If you love cartoon artistry then this is a great place to visit. Very interesting history to some of the famous cartoons we know of. They have a really cool children area. I would bring my kid there next time to experience it. Myself and my partner were there on a quiet winter Sunday around 1pm and the usual guide was sick so Lasse himself took on the guided tour. It was almost like a private tour as there were only 5 of us that afternoon. He's such a legend - talented humble and down to earth with a very Stig Helmer sense of humour. It's not a big place and not expensive - makes for a great fun afternoon visit. Very cute vintage museum about toys and cartoons. Large toys collection from 1940s where Mickey mouse and Donald are very numerous. Some Flinstone and Simpson. Outdoor playground and beautiful location A beautiful site with a great playground for children in the yard and a wonderful play cabin inside. With the risk of being crowded with kids as it is quite small but a lot of possibilities to play in a jungle environment. The kids had a wonderful birthday party and the birthday child is VERY happy for the gift. good place for both kids and adults. Banana play ground is fantastic.
