A visit to Thorslunda Farm near Stockholm on a summer afternoon to pick blackberries with friends was such a fun experience! The farm was beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. After picking berries, we enjoyed delicious waffles and corn at the lovely café there. It's a great spot for a summer day trip with friends! Family's favorite place to pick strawberries, Raspberry, Blackberries and many other vegetables. You can also buy their locally produced honey. One of the best spot for strawberry and berry plucking around Stockholm. Best part no entry fee! You only pay for the yummy berries you picked. Well managed huge farm. Abundant free parking space. It can be a good picnic spot as well as it has so much space for sitting and a small lake as well. Another highlight is the small cafeteria they have which serves variety of delicious waffles! Must try that. This place is about 30 mins drive from the city. You can pick strawberries and pay per kilo. There is also a nice cafe next to it for coffee, ice cream, waffles and juice. Absolutely Fantastic place,especially if the sun is shining! We were there in early Oktober for the Halloween display. The owners put a lot of effort into it and it was fantastic! Friendly staff and a great place to take the whole family.. Hade to try the pumpkin soup and oh my god.. Best pumpkin soup I have ever eaten. Thick and creamy and the taste was just Wow! We will definitely visit again in the summer, and back again in Oktober for the next Halloween surprise.. Amazing place, only 1 hour drive from Stockholm. The strawberry is very juicy and fresh when picking up from the farm. They also have a small coffee with waffle which is really nice for a quick snack. If you want more food, you should bring it yourself. Great place for families and people looking for tasty berries. Picking prices are (by weight) cheaper than in store and the quality is far superior. There are raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and tomatoes when we were there but it is all seasonal. The cafeteria is a bit pricey but their ice cream is phenomenal so still worth it. Crowded but very nice place to visit. Tons of parking lots and the pathway to there in October was spectacular!
