The bed was poor Shower was dirty with used shampoo wrappers still in the shower. There was yellow shower mat which I feel has so much potential for germs. We found the bed sheets had more than acceptable amount of long hairs I'm assuming from previous tenants. TV has 1 channel due to remote broken. We asked for another. We were told another didn't exist. We asked for two towels on our second night. We received 2 hand towels. While sleeping we were awakened by someone unlocking our door. I got up and found a couple telling me they were told this was they're and they had a key. Such a bad experience at this place. If you have any expectations of service I suggest you use the roundabout in the parking lot and go somewhere else. Iconic or not I would never stop here again. I strongly recommend if you care about what you eat to avoid eating here. I've felt sick after. As far as the prices go, 4 soups and a spaghetti plate + 5 drinks cost us 175RON. Which would've been acceptable if the food wasn't disgusting. There's nothing fresh, all of the food comes from frozen. Awful service, food is mediocre at best, noisy, foubd an ant in the lemonade, waited a lot without being notified it will take that long (if you'll make me wait 35 mins for just the soups i expect to be announced) and there was no one there.
