Very helpful staff What seemed to have the potential to be a lovely experience was unfortunately ruined by the attitude of, in particular, the elderly shop assistant woman with the brown hair. Not only was her demeanour very rude, she deliberately mixed up two items in our order, repeating the order exactly, but still giving us the wrong items, and proceeded to tell us off for the audacity of asking for a sandwich to be cut in half, and this while training up a young trainee (is this the standard you wish to reflect?). We have honestly never come across such an atrocious piece of customer service. If this is the standard this establishment wishes to project, then we will gladly provide our custom elsewhere in future. Shame on you.
