The food, the atmosphere, the service were good, although there is no printed menu, the waiter tells you what the dishes of the day are. The eggplant and lamb chops were delicious. Great local food Low prices Great view & atmosphere 👌 Because of the reviews on Google Maps, we got into the car and drove fifteen minutes from Gera Bay to this restaurant. Beautifully situated at a high altitude, you have a stunning view from an atmospheric terrace. That alone is very beautiful, but the food and friendly service are absolutely top-notch! We ate here twice during our stay in Lesbos. It was by far the best and also the cheapest restaurant we dined at. You can eat fried zucchini and eggplant everywhere, but it was nowhere as as here! We enjoyed chicken, fresh salads, stuffed mushrooms, and much more. Worth the detour! Truly a must-visit! Excellent value for money, great homemade food and the square is a lovely spot for summer evenings. Nice local wine too. A lovely shady spot to eat with great views. The staff were friendly and the souvlaki had a deliciously roasty flavour - you could tell it was cooked with care. We even got a free ice cream when we were done, which was unexpected and sweet! A wonderful restaurant tucked under a beautiful old tree in Mesagros. The outdoor seating is perfect for a relaxing meal, with a peaceful ambiance and dappled sunlight. The food is and authentically Greek, made with fresh, local ingredients. Friendly service and a great place to experience the charm of Lesvos. Highly recommended! We went there for dinner and ordered the Mix grill platter and a Tobe (shark) steak, accompanied by lovely presented grilled Feta and a fresh, crisp salad. Both the meat and fish were tender, juicy and prepared on point. Everything tasted great! The prices are low, together with wine and water we paid 31€. Attentive and friendly service. Πήγαμε στην Ένωση Καλοφαγάδων και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Το φαγητό;-το όνομα δεν είναι τυχαίο-Από τα πιο νόστιμα που έχουμε δοκιμάσει. Το μενού; δεν μένει ποτέ στάσιμο, συνεχώς ανανεώνεται και προστίθενται νέα πιάτα σαν να λέμε ότι κάθε φορά θα βρεις και κάτι καινούριο για να “τσιμπήσεις”. Οι τιμές πολύ λογικές αλλά ταυτόχρονα η ποιότητα των φαγητών είναι πολύ καλή. Σε όλα τα θετικά έρχεται να προσθέσει το κερασάκι στη τούρτα η θέα. Ειδικά το καλοκαίρι όπου υπάρχουν τραπέζια στη πλατεία του χωριού (που τα δροσίζει ο πανέμορφος πλάτανος), αγναντεύεις τον κόλπο της Γέρας. Αν είστε του καλού φαγητού, βάλτε το GPS για Μεσαγρό και αφήστε τα υπόλοιπα στην Ένωση. Θα με θυμηθείτε. Best place I have eaten in Lesvos in the last couple of decades! Excellent quality of food with creative and mouthwatering meze, impeccable service and value of money. Enjoyed our lunch and the cool breeze under the shade of a large oak tree and whilst gazing at the Gera gulf. Great for kids as there is plenty of space for them to run around.
