We visited the farm over half term break and did the Halloween trail! It was fun and we spent there on the trail a good two hours of non stop fun. After we had a break in the nice outdoor seated area, trucks with food and coffee. We finished our trip with truck ride to the farm for pumpkin picking. This sells some lovely products but I think farm label is a bit of a stretch in the imagination as many products can't be local... it's high priced but that does reflect in the quality of foods they actually make or buy from local makers. However If you want something really unusual or the farm experience this is the place. A lovely setting for a fun day of exploration for children. This place is a great antidote to screens, theme parks and computer games where my grandchildren had a lovely time exploring the many adorable tree houses, fairy homes and playgrounds not to mention the castle, all made of wood. We fed the ducks and fish, followed the trail and enjoyed an ice cream in the café at the end. Well worth a visit and the children lived every minute! Visited today, it's ok but selling mostly stuff I'd seen before, drivers picked and Cartwright and butler biscuits, and a frozen cook section..nice drive there though. Butchers looked good and quality of veg was v good..smaller than I expected.. Priory Farm has a wonderful selection of food. The butchery is magnificent. At Christmas the range of chocolate and other festive foods is amazing. The bread is fresh and locally baked. There is also The Shepherds Hut Cafe which has an unusual range of delicious toasties and sweet treats. With very good coffee. The gift is great for that elusive gift or greetings card. Great value at £5 per person for this amazing 2 hr outdoor sculpture trail geared at younger children. Not a bored kid in sight and just as enjoyable for adults with spectacular views over the Surrey hills area of outstanding natural beauty. Plus a lovely cafe, farmshop and nursery at the end of the walk. Amazing and well worth the trip. Amazing selection of quality products, however on the high end of price scale. Great for gifts too. Nice 'farm' but the prices are high. It has a good selection of produce and all the things you'd expect from a farm shop. Go if you want to find something more unusual but buy your standard Cheddars in Sainsbury's!
