Such a beautiful little with so much organic produce! I went strawberry and raspberry and there were so many ripe and sweet raspberry’s. However we did not come at the right time for the strawberry’s. Nonetheless it was such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. It's a gorgeous fruit and veggie experience, a must-do for the whole family! The are delicious and reasonably priced. So peaceful! We will be back. 😎 Fantastic family day out! It was fun for all ages. It was our first time going here last week and it was a very pleasant experience. We had our kids there, aged three and six as well as their grandparents and I’m happy to say that we all enjoyed our time there. There were small clear baskets for free to pick and vegetables and then there were these sturdier baskets for only a pound each that we could take home. There was a huge field, and each area had its designated produce. After your own berries, you go to the little barn and pay for what you picked. The prices were really reasonable, and everything we picked was amazing. We got potatoes, spinach, Carrots, and of course, strawberries. And honestly, they are like 100 times better than the store-bought ones. I would highly recommend this place for your own/excellent quality produce. Do not miss the strawberries and don’t forget your hats and sunscreen. Ample free parking. Best cabbage ever. Strawberry and raspberry are sweet and with the real taste of , well, berries. All three generations of my family had great fun freshly grown strawberries, runner beans, french beans, potatoes, cabbage, spinach, carrots, sweet corn etc in their natural habitat as opposed to supermarket shelves. The children (aged from 3 to 8 years old) were intrigued to discover how their favourite fruit and veg were produced. No entry fee so not surprised the produce cost a fair bit at the till at the end of our visit but we thought it was very reasonable. Back at home, the kids joined in to create a 'mini banquet' for supper which we all enjoyed. Leftovers were used up for lunch the next day and we still have some produce saved up in the freezer for later.... The staff were also friendly and helpful, making it, altogether, a pleasant and worthwhile family day out! Everything was just perfect except the service . Have been first time. We got the basket... lovely ....pick up the and vegetables. We pick up 3 small corns and 3 onions and was charged double price..... is not about money just about respect . I do not mind to pay 80 p instead 40 p the quality is perfect. Prices ok . We had a lovely day and on the end of just ruined because we should not get the onion and corns that day. Really understand her way but how she treat the clients was just not right. We went to Gray’s for pick your own. It was an amazing day for my little sons to enjoy the day out up the red sweet strawberries 🍓 raspberries red currents black currents cabbage 🥬 cauliflower corn 🌽 n lots more. You don’t need to pay to enter the but when you pick your own n veggies you need to weigh them to the shop and pay accordingly which was really a great thing as it was so reasonable rate that we paid for fresh fruits. It’s really worth going out to the farm. There is a small play area for kids to play out there as well as shop where you can purchase lots of items out there. I would highly recommend grays if you love visiting the nature and your own n veggies. Amazing . We love to come here every year. The freedom of walking around the fields and choosing whatever is in season it’s so relaxing . Paying at the end it’s easy and quick!
