Words cannot sum up enough how my was. Exceptional. Beautiful. Stunning. Relaxing.... Just amazing. Food was impeccable. Atmosphere was but also accepting and calming which, as a neurodivergent person, is amazing. Cannot wait to come back once I've saved up enough. Some people entered the floatation during our session but was handled beautifully and efficiently as to not impact our relaxation. Fantastic too It's alright, gone down hill - I went 2 years ago. You can get unlimited soft drinks like red label coke but have to pay for coconut water seems silly when it's a spa. Also bins were heaving which I definitely do not expect when they keep increasing prices. Total heaven! Took the Mrs for a time out spa afternoon and she loved it. 3 hours just isn't enough if you want to relax which is kinda the point. I'd say 6 hours is a good amount of time to explore and indulge so just save yourself the time and book the day. Solved. We will be back for sure. Went with friends and had the 4hr package. Highly recommend the floatation pool. Wow what a place... never seen this before. Differently worth visiting & the restaurant is delicious food. They have a menu but I went with the salad bar & hot food option as it was incredible. Never knew there were so many salad options. friendly, helpful & the spa is very clean Stepping into that place is like entering a whole new world of relaxation. The are and helpful. The atmosphere is so serene, with soft lighting. There are places where it's dead silent, and the only thing you can hear is the waterfall, or by the pool, you can sit chatting. There is a place for everyone to enjoy. The are top-notch, offering a variety of pools, a sauna, and a steam room to unwind in. The hydropool had a couple jets out, but there were still enough to enjoy the experience. The food was great, and you didn't have to wait long. gym and spa Spa. Highly recommend the celestial floatation pool, even got to try three skin/hair products after which wasn’t expected. We came for the Time Out package and enjoyed a lovely, afternoon. The were friendly and helpful, giving us all the information we would need on arrival. We spent from 1pm to 4.30pm at the spa, and enjoyed many of the and during that time. A thoroughly enjoyable and extremely relaxing. It was not particularly busy either, which added to the feel. Robe and towel were provided, both of which were soft and fluffy. The changing rooms were clean. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back soon. The best spa and gym in the area! You got so many to explore and enjoy that no matter how many times you visit, it's never the same. A new addition of flavoured waters all around the spa are just delicious! This was the most relaxed day ever. We were welcomed from the first moment and the check in was easy and quick. They gave us towels and robes and lead us to the changing rooms.(remember to bring your own flip flops) We started with a coffee and took some time near the pool. We really enjoyed every room specially the salt water one. The whole place was so tranquil. We been to the sauna as well and then had our dinner. I must say the food quality was considering we were in a spa. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be back again. place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Really nice members and a genuinely nice place to visit. Got this as a gift for 2 people. Reports of a very good experience. Paid £240 for a 2 person spa experience. Including one treatment. Very good soft drinks and hot were unlimited and included within the package. Would again. Friendly staff. Soft robe and towels, again unlimited. Clean and calm atmosphere. Food was with guests getting 2 starters and 2 mains in the package. They Walked away full and satisfied. Food has halal, vegetarian and vegan options available on request. My favourite spa in the south. Always a calm, and enjoyable place to be. If I'm there all day I take 2 swimsuits, towel and robe and hire an extra towel and robe because I don't like to sit and eat in a wet costume. The salad bar is and there are several places offering cake and drinks. Plenty of rooms to try with lots of loungers, though if it is very sunny it can be very busy outside. Prices are reasonable and the menus are on line. Had fun with the rasul mud treatment but found the floatation tank boring. number of treatments available and it is best to book as soon as you book your date as the popular go fast. Enjoyed the product workshops. The are and friendly. What a spa! I feel it’s her reasonably priced here! Was very impressed! are all very nice and informative! Food was nice as well as any drinks. I had a facial and my partner a massage and both where A birthday treat well deserved. Really customer service, everyone was so friendly. Not too busy. Pools and were excellent. Clean and tidy. Lives that you can get new towels and robes at anytime. We didn’t order any food but we had a couple of drinks which were great. Would highly recommend and would love to return again in the near future. Absolutely love nirvana spa! Been 5 times now and by far the best spa day. are always and helpful, are and clean, food especially the buffet lunch is delicious. Would recommend to anyone! Best spa in the UK. I’ve been going to Nirvana for years. Decided to pay a full membership - nearly £200 per month and disappointed to find that towel & robe hire isn’t included in the full membership. But at £2 each per visit… that’s an extra £4 per on top of the membership fee. Other spa’s and gyms that are cheaper offer towel hire included in the membership cost. They should rethink this - for towels at least. Food is also now over priced and not a selection on the menu. It’s a shame as the and building are lovely. place. Highly recommended. Has a wonderful, day at Nirvana Spa with my daughter. Started with a friendly welcome in reception. Beautiful and so many options to fill our day with the various and Jacuzzis. Had a wonderful massage with Lois. She certainly helped with tension in my back.....amazing and highly recommended. We had a fabulous day and look forward to returning soon🥰 Me and my girlfriend came here for the day spa experience, it was absolutely incredible. They offer a variety of that all do different things to help your body, whether it’s to massage it aid aches and pains. The highlight for us was the mosaic tile chairs as they really sooth your back. I also had a couple of treatments done by Lauren which were and really helped me relax. This first will definitely not be our last I recently visited Nirvana Spa and had a wonderfully experience. The environment was serene, clean, and beautifully maintained. The thermal and hydrotherapy were particularly impressive, offering a balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Staff members were friendly. The treatment I received was expertly done, and I left feeling completely refreshed. One minor area for improvement could be the restaurant food, as it was served cold, but overall, the surpassed my expectations. Thank you for providing such a peaceful retreat. I look forward to returning soon! Me and my daughter had a day. Food amazing, went in all the and loved them all. We also stayed at West Court Retreat hotel the night before where the were excellent, food fantastic, bedrooms great! The outside was a brilliant surprise. Can highly recommend the weekend. Absolutely wonderful experience. Total relaxation. The Celestial is an like no other. There are a variety of indoors and out, hydro pool, ice baths, steam room, sauna, tepidarium which is like a temple of calm, and so much more. The treatments are varied and the will tailor it to your needs. The are polite and wonderful. The restaurant is fabulous, so much choice even for gluten free vegans. It's definitely worth every penny and somewhere everyone should experience. Tad expensive but a atmosphere with food I booked a Serene Relaxation Day on a Friday in early April. This package offered access from 8:30am until closing and included a two course lunch and either a celestial floatation or pod experience. I chose a pod as I wanted to avoid bumping into people in the large pool. The pod was one of the most experiences I've ever known, and I will certainly be booking that again. The various pools, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs seemed very clean and well maintained. I found the tepidarium especially peaceful as it has comfortable 'hot rock' beds in a large room that smells lovely, and has a rule of keeping silent so you can doze or read a book in peace. As an added extra I booked a hydromassage bed, which was an interesting sensation and definitely worth trying, but I would recommend ear plugs or headphones as it is quite loud. Though they have a touch screen to play games or music if you'd prefer. Overall, delicious food, friendly staff, incredible facilities, and I slept like a log that night. I've just had the absolute best day here, a really special, beautiful place. So many rooms, pools, experiences. All of the were really and helpful and there were a lot of them, so if you needed anything there was always someone on hand. I had the day which was value for what it included and you had the option to be there all day and evening plus 2 course lunch and unlimited hot and cold soft drinks. You can change towel and robes at any point which was fab. I have nothing negative to say at all, everything was spot on. Every space was clean and well maintained. Every pool, room and was just wonderful, I've never felt so relaxed, blissed out and comfortable. I will be back as often as I can! Superb place, highly recommended 👌 I visited Nirvana Spa with my mother on 02/04/2025 to celebrate her birthday, hoping for a peaceful and joyful day. Instead, we were met with coldness, condescension, and subtle yet undeniable racial bias that completely ruined our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were frowned at, brushed aside, and treated as though we didn’t belong there. looked us up and down and spoke to us dismissively. Our robes were stained and ripped—an immediate red flag for a spa of this reputation. The most upsetting moment came when my mother, dressed beautifully to mark her birthday, stepped out of the changing room to take a few photos. A member laughed at her, looked her up and down, and said, “We only wear robes in the dining area.” She was then told to go stand in the corridor if she wanted pictures. No kindness, no courtesy—just rudeness and judgment. This interaction left my mother feeling small and completely unwelcome. Despite being first-time visitors, the promised tour of the spa never happened. We were left to figure things out ourselves. The dining was also unacceptable—cold, tasteless food, complaints ignored, and we were still charged for dishes we didn’t eat. To make it worse, towels were taken from us by upstairs without asking, and we were left soaking wet with no replacements. I sent a detailed complaint to Nirvana Spa, clearly expressing how upsetting and discriminatory the was. Their response? Dismissive and lacking any sense of accountability. No apology, no acknowledgment of how we were treated, and no sign that they cared. What we experienced was more than just bad service—it was a complete failure in basic respect, professionalism, and inclusion. If you care about being treated with dignity, especially as a person of color, I urge you to think twice before booking here. Nirvana Spa, do better. Your silence and inaction speak volumes.
