The toilets are clean, with plenty of seating, entry and drinks are fairly priced, have a massive main for 3+years-ish, medium baby for up to 3 years-ish, a pit in the corner for cars, houses etc, 5-a-side football pitch. Looks clean and maintained every we have been here. My 2 boys aged 5 & 10 prefer this one to all the ones in south east Kent!! A large indoor centre, and very very reasonable price going in (only paid £6 for a 2 year old on a Saturday morning). No limit and plenty of variety in the for the little ones to go an explore. Decent food offerings and the coffee was ok. The perfect place to take for entertainment; although could do with the staff just keeping checks on some of the more boisterous big running around. Great here, and big smiles (from Mummy and daughter!) when going down the slides. We recently had our daughters 5th birthday here and Charlie was very attentive and helpful whilst always making sure our daughter had a fantastic time. Highly recommend. Only complaint is the music is a little loud for the little ones. Its a good fair priced day out for the children, but the LOUD constant announcements are disruptive and ruin the fun atmosphere. There are many better ways to tell customers there food is ready for collection such as notification plate buzzers. Althou the was a great hit with the children, When it was for the food I felt it was rushed as candles were lit and the staff member said to sing happy birthday but didn't ask if all members of the party were actually in the room which they were not? Then when asked for any tomato sauce to dip nuggets in the staff member proceeded to squirt it on the napkins which certainly wasn't ideal Excellent for my 3 year old loves it... Edit: my son is now 5 and we go here regularly. The staff are great and my son never gets bored. Great way to use up your child's energy and to mix with other kids. Plenty of things to climb and slide down in the main area. For parents there are lots of tables and even sofas to sit on. Food from the cafe is well priced with big portions. For £6 and not having to book and stay as long as you like is great. Nice for the kids. Decent food available. Can get quite busy with birthday parties but big enough to accommodate a big crowd. Good mix of big slides, ball areas and a separate for the smaller ones. The is very nice . But what was really disappointing is the food that we've ordered. Sausages were completely BURNED and full of carcinogen. Had to throw them all away . Absolute waste of £25.
