I would advise the cafe to therefore not take orders for other customers if the kitchen doesn't have capacity. The soft section was pretty - large, varied equipment and in relatively condition A very centre BUT this place needs a proper proper clean. The amount of dust there, I cannot imagine how the there do not notice and report this. This place needs to shut down for a few days and do a proper clean. The owner of this this place needs to visit and make sure this is cleaned regularly, please check the back of the area, on top of the area, the air con unit, the speakers, the nets, all filled with a lot of dust. Very unhappy. Also noticed one of the walking inside all of the wearing their shoes, when it's clearly written socks only. Kids here I’ve been coming here for the last 16 years with all of my children. It has definitely got better over the years. The new under 3 is fantastic, it’s very sensory with some light features. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the are very friendly. It is only suited for under 10’s, however they do have a SEN session for 12 and under on a Saturday. It’s for parties too and the hosts are fun. the worst service I have ever encountered in my life! the desired woman at the checkout who does not know how to respond kindly, shows her disorder and yells at customers with anger that she does not like something, I do not understand where the leaders of this company are looking who hire such inadequate people... horror... Big place with lots to do for the children, well maintained and clean. However, the toilets need more frequent attention. The food is and moderately priced. The are helpful and pleasant. So why 2 starts, simply because place needs to be fixed up. There is loads of broken things, place where it's sucks up balls haven't been working for 2 years for sure, another one where it blows balls is not working at all, in many places soft steps have holes and can see it's starting to detach, in ball pits you can find socks and other stuff ( I been on first season) but are friendly and kind, it's place at itself.. I can’t even begin to say how amazing Kidzone is! We exclusively hired the soft for my daughter’s and it was brilliant, well worth the money!! Ophelia had the most amazing time, the are lovely and so helpful! The gift bags were great, all the were so excited! Food was fab, hot meal, ice cream and unlimited squash! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back for another in the future! Thank you so much xx experience for the kids and they have very comfortable sofas & reclining armchairs for the grown ups Like any parent I've been to many softplays (some bad, some good), however this was by far one of the best (if not THE best!) I've been to so far! We stopped here purely on a whim. The very friendly welcomed us with opened arms. The cost was very reasonable as they give you a full two hours to stay, which I thought was very generous. The soft facilities are vast, well maintained, and varied! Our toddler had an awesome exploring everything on offer, as did I! :-) I also had a very nice burger and chips, which I thought was a bit of steal at just over a fiver. The bogs were also very clean. Being the miserable turd that I am at times I do like a moan, but I genuinely can't praise this place enough! Shame we don't live closer as we'd be here every week if our wee lad had his way, but we'll certainly be back when we're next in the area. Top staff, top place! Good, very noisy and hot. My son loved the climbing and the slides. He wasn't a fan of the walk-along rope but he did it. The price for your is fair while if it's only 1 parent to a child I don't think they should need to pay. For £2 per parent I can't really complain. In total for a group of 3 children, 2 under 2 and 1 aged 4, plus 3 adults it's cost around £30. In the end our had such a and enjoyed the lunches that we ended up staying for another 2 hours. Also one thing that I think is a massive plus : THEY EVERY WEEK. Terrible customer service. A female at the front counter had zero consideration for customer service. She just said no to everything. We werent asked if we wanted a receipt and when I requested one I was told. Once it's done we can't give it. Even though I know that the style of till gi is one. This female who has short blonde hair and is short her self juat kept saying No. No. No. But didnt explain why was saying no. She didnt let us what the menu was as some had allergies and wouldn't let us make a picture of the menu until we paid. We needed to plan for allergies. We had 5 and we were told that all 5 parents had to stay. We said that 4 parents will stay and she said no. But then couldnt explain why every single parent couldnt stay. She mentioned that if we had a booking then we can leave the children. I asked if they would have 5 adults supervising over the 5 and she said. We have policies. But didnt answer the question and didnt explain why. The canteen we were considerate and helpful. Went for granddaughter's party. Was very busy, making it very noisy, but the kids loved it. Having 3 children, we’ve used kids zone for many many parties. Had my youngest son’s this weekend and it was the best we’ve had by far!! Our host, Brooke, was absolutely brilliant! Literally always there when we needed her (previous years I felt like we were left!) the host definitely makes it perfect! Thank you so much kids zone (and Brooke) hopefully we’ll be back next year for a again! We had a Soft and Disco for our daughter's birthday. It was easy to arrange, the were friendly and the had a time. Thank you! I used to love the place but recently it let me downs. The main concern is some behaviour being unsupervised by parents and during the play. Some are allowed to deny access to places and throw balls and shouting at the youngest and varnubale to make them scared and the advise is to keep a distance from them. Bullying behaviour is acceptable in here. Recently noticed that I have to keep an eye of older as unsupervised when around the little ones. I had a plans to do but not after what I have seen today. Regards My daughter had her 5th there today with lots of school friends. The food was very and the room was really lovely. However there were a few issues firstly we were told to arrive no earlier than 15 mins to set ourselves up for the so when we got there (15 mins before start time) it was very much a rush to set up before guests started to arrive. The next issue we came across was seating for the parents attending, there was no tables and chairs set up for the parents to sit at bare in mind we had pre ordered hot and cold food for the adults so table space and seating was necessary really. We had to arrange this ourselves. Another issue with seating was that the venue seemed very over booked with regular paying guests which took up all the seating so tables that were supposed to be for our guests were covered in rubbish and dirty plates which I had to myself. As for the “host” which was specifically for our seemed very doom and gloom and wasn’t around at all was only there at the beginning and to deliver food so I wouldn’t really call it “hosting” at all. Was told on numerous occasions that were on their breaks hense doing most of the sorting myself. Lastly it was a very long wait for the adult food I pre ordered in my opinion for a that started at 1.30 it should of been out ready and hot food by 1.45 without me having to ask 3 times because the first two times the lady I asked forgot to go and check??? Not sure what I was expecting but I definitely think a bit more communication and organisation is needed. You had no other parties that day so a bit more preparation and effort would have been nice. Also no air con as stated? Very hot in the room and disco light was so small there wasn’t much point having it on. I’m very glad my daughter had the best that’s most important. Just a bit annoying for me having to pay £300 (not including deposit) with all these issues. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old and there was plenty to do for both of them! after reading others reviews i wasn’t sure what to think. But i was very impressed. were friendly, toilets were clean, as was the seating area. It wasn’t to hot in there aircon was on full. Food looked although we didn’t try any so i can’t comment. But the drinks we had were very reasonable. Will 100% be back again specially for the price you pay compared to some of these other places well worth it. Hello, my name is Zarina. I've been a kidzon customer for a year since I had my son. I like your and have never encountered any problems until today. Today at 11.20 we came to you with my son, my friend and her daughter. everything was as usual, until one of the ladies at the reception started attacking us, talking to us in an inappropriate tone, she was rude. She pointed out to me that our had run out and it was all in a very unpleasant atmosphere. I am extremely disappointed with her behavior and I no longer have the desire to come to your establishment, but the management should know how your employees and treat your customers today you have lost not only us! although I come to you twice a week! fun Visited yesterday (21/05/25) with my son, loved the experience we had in kidzone the soft was very clean, price was reasonable and the 3 girls working were very friendly and service. Will definitely be visiting again. Was out for the day visiting family and went here loved it. Only issue is I have a child who has allergies and asked for allergen information and it was only available for the hot food and not the cold options, which surely there should be some available. Haven’t spoken to anyone yet as wasn’t sure on who to talk to. Luckily I brought my own lunch for my child as I didn’t feel comfortable giving him the food from you not knowing the allergens.
