We were 8.5 mins too slow to get out, but they gave us the time to finish the room. I really enjoyed this room, and my friends did as well. What a fun with the team! Didn't expect it to be that fun to be honest. We did the crime lab and truly enjoyed it ! Definitely going to try others in the coming months! Did the crime lab a while ago with some family. 5 of us in total with two kids, we finished with 3 minutes left on the clock. Variety of puzzles is great with some nice co-operative ones in there. The theme is also good fun and how you enter the is an exciting start. Would come here again to try the other ones. De ‘Crime Lab’ is bevallen. We hebben fijne tips gekregen van het aardige personeel. Ook veel ondersteuning gekregen toen 1 van ons door z’n rug ging met paracetamollen en water. Erg fijne en leuke ervaring dus! We did the camper room. The puzzles were fairly good. However, the space is much too small for 5 people you could hardly move inside. We got given 2 flashlights, 1 of which did not work. The is too dark to see without a flashlight cause the overall experience to be quite annoying as we all had to wait for the flashlight to see locks or clues. They say everything is in English but there is a clue only available in Dutch that they 'meant to fix' which is clearly just a sign of lazy less as it's 1 piece of printed paper on a wall. They can easily put an English copy next to it. Another clue about times is too hard to solve without help as it's not explained how to solve it correctly since the clue talks about a 12 hour clock when the answer asks for a 24-hour clock. Overall, the is good if you are with 3-4 people, but they could put some more effort into the upkeep of the room. I am an experienced traveler, but this would be incredibly hard if you are not well versed in geography. You are expected to know where countries of the world are located. You are also expected to know the clothing styles of certain countries. The was quite interesting and it kept all of us engaged in searching for the clues to get out of the room. You have an emergency exit though in case you need to get out of the room. But it was overall a fun moment with family and friends. Felt like we are professional detectives for an hour. Very nice and great atmosphere. A little bit expensive but worth it. Such a great experience! Lovely staff and very well thought challenge. After calling a dozen of times someone finally picked up. That person wasn't very helpful but promised to call back. This didn't happen. So that person was also unreliable. In the end we went there in person but the place was abandoned despite the website claimed it was open. The website also claims you need to make a phone reservation if reserving less than 3 hours in advance but that clearly doesn't work (we left a message). The WhatsApp service is also practically useless. We will try to spend the gift certificate at another location. This may be easy to get out but for us it was too hard to get in.
