I recently had the chance to visit Hezemans and it was an absolute blast! The indoor go-kart was impeccably maintained and the electric karts were a joy to ride. The were all incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience that much better. In addition to the thrilling go-kart action, Hezemans also boasts a top-notch bar and restaurant with a fantastic selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere was electric and there was a great selection of arcade games to try out as well. Overall, Hezemans is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to let loose and have some fun. Place is nice and the kart experience is good but the food(BBQ) was a bit disappointed. We were a large group of 38 that we sat on tables of 8, 8 and 12. For some reason in the table of 12 they brought only 1 plate of french fries(they gave 2 to the other groups) and the least amount of meat to our group. It tasted good I'm not going to lie but the quantity and the distribution was poor. So if you go for karting that's good but the food experience is at best average This was an incredibly fun and exciting experience. It was my first time, and I had a mix of excitement and nervousness, while my partner was absolutely thrilled and couldn't wait to hit the race track. Booking slots for our race was easy, and we discovered they had other fun activities to offer as well. One important thing to note was their strong commitment to safety. They took the to explain all the necessary precautions in multiple languages, ensuring everyone understood the rules and regulations. The safety measures were also demonstrated properly. Fast straight, heavy breaking corners, a slalom, an uphill turn and slow flowing corners too. There is a podium downstairs. Also it has a nice bar area to hangout with dining tables, snooker table, machine games like pinball, etc. The and service was good. You get all your lap times, positions, avg and best mailed to you. If you install their app, you also get graphs of the same data. This place is amazing!! They even accommodated for who only eat halal food with their own grill. Go carting was so fun I loved it!! Hello, yesterday I went go-karting with friends to have fun but unfortunately the company did not give me such an opportunity! The go-karts are electric, the manipulates the speed of the go-karts with a remote control... I did not create any dangerous situation and despite that I was slowed down after each lap so I could not make the I was achieving, additionally after paying special attention to the work of the girl from the I noticed that she did not signal the "blue flag" during 3 LAPS!!! So I drove up to her to ask if she was going to work or sit on the phone??? Oh, she told me that I was driving too fast! Then she slowed down my go-kart 2x for 3 seconds out of spite!!! Seriously? This is a race, counts here!! Later I spoke to the manager who confirmed that I did not create any dangerous situation and apologized but despite this he cannot compensate me for the spoiled fun and wasted money by your staff! You are unprofessional and have a negative impact on the fun. I do not recommend it to anyone! If you don't want your fun spoiled then don't come here! Wasted money. We had problems the first we came here but one of our friends said the has changed. No more bad staff. We paid for two heats. The first one was normal, but the second one was with other people. We told the we wanted it to be private between our group because the other would slow us down. The said there will be other its written in the contract. We asked for a refund of the second heat, they didn’t give us our refund. You pay for a service and you get these unhelpful staff. In the end the other on the got many blue flags and didn’t let us pass. Which was frustrating. Never coming back to this place again. Edit after return from hezemans: they don’t say anything about racing with others on or not giving refunds before you pay. When a problem occurs and you ask about it they state their terms to you.
