All different cultures of the world, living in Eindhoven, looking for fresh vegetables and fruits, flowers or other products such as cheap clothing, bicycle parts and nice deep fried fish. At the end of the day some of the stalls with fresh produce offer large discounts... I love outdoor markets like this one. I was amazed by the quality and variety of the products on offer. Compared to similar markets in Italy I can say that I finally feel like at home. Vegetables and fruit are really good and I finally enjoyed the possibility to buy fish and seafood again after 5 years in the Czech Republic. Seriously suggested! I love outdoor markets. For me it’s always a nice way to find local snacks. It was quite busy that day and you can see many locals come here to buy groceries or breads for the next coming week. The bakery before the beginning of the vegetable stands offers variety of baking goods. I bought three cookies (chocolate, apple and cranberry) and one almond pie for 5.5€. All of them are super tasty. Also had a Stroopwafel there and it was tasty as well. Very different than market is normally. Likely because it was King's Day and it was open to multiple vendors, not just food as usual. Missed going to The Cheese Guy. You can get great produce. Better quality than supermarkets for more affordable pricing. Highly recommended. Parking can be a bit tricky though. Wonderful street market with a huge and great quality assortment of fruits, vegetables, preservatives and other products suitable for vegans. A good range of fresh vegetables, fish , and meat are available here at a low price. Nice open market with most food you need. Fried fish bites was tasty!
