We played two of the games today, both were atmospheric, and well thought out. There were some new we haven't come across before. A massive shout out to Amber our GM, friendly and enthusiastic. Thanks for a day. Booked 13 whilst we were on holiday. The location is great, right in the centre of all the shops so lots of options for food before or after the experience. We absolutely loved it. The instructions were clear, the setup was very clever and we managed to get within the and only having used 3 clues. Highly recommended for family and friend groups. Easy to find. Good welcome and instructions on arrival. Elly was superb and very helpful with clear instructions. and difficult to get out. Never of done it without some helpful from Elly. Was there with 6 screaming girls for my daughters birthday. They all loved it and want to go back. We managed to get out the with 1 second to spare. Very reasonably priced and was fun and you had to think hard. We will be back to try another Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. This was our first visiting an escape live venue. Amber, our host, was an absolute gem. Super warm and welcoming (many thanks again!). We completed 13 and Magpie Mystery (both of which I'd highly recommend). Can't wait to return to take.on their pirate room. See you soon 😊 Me and my grand daughter had the best in the pirates at Southend. Rhiannon the facilitator was so much fun and super helpful. The was well thought out and very interactive. We would definitely come again Rhiannon was a host, very enthusiastic and pointed us in the right direction when we needed it. The theme was & the were fun & challenging, everyone in our group played a part in beating the curse (family of 4, ages 10, 26, 40 & 58 years old). We managed to escape with the Pirate’s Treasure with 41 seconds to spare, not bad for our first game! Will definitely be booking another Escape soon! Our team of 3 did the Pirate Plunder room. It was really good fun with lots of different puzzles. Amber, our Escape Live helper, was brilliant - explained everything well prior to starting our escape and gave good when we asked. All in all a brilliant experience. We played 13 at Escape Live on Saturday. Rhiannon our games master was awesome - really friendly and welcoming and explained everything really clearly. The is with some brilliant and tricky puzzles. We made it out with 8 minutes to spare, with a couple of helpful clues! Massive thanks to Rhiannon and the whole team for a super fun - we will definitely be back to try another room. Wonderful experience! Myself, my partner and some friends attended the Magpie Mystery. It was certainly tricky, we had 40 seconds to spare. The hosts, Amber and Chloe, were lovely and I hope they’re there the next we visit!! We all had such a time, there were 5 of us of different ages…. We all worked together solving these amazing which were scattered throughout. Amy our game master was amazing, keeping us on our toes and helping if we needed it. Our team only asked for 2 but Amy was always there encouraging us on. Recommend the pirate to you all. Our master Amy was very helpful with and small nudges when we were close to something. We managed to escape with 6 and a half minutes to spare. The itself was designed amazingly, with challenging but do able, my friend and I had an amazing and would definetly come again Had a time, the had some good and fun surprises. In our group we had a cross section of ages and people who had done several escape rooms in the past and some who are new to them. Everyone was able to get involved and solve different parts of the room. Would definitely recommend this to others! We had an amazing taking on Pirate Plunder. All the adults loved it as well as the kids (age 9 & 10). There was a mixture of to solve of varying difficulty and we got out with 2 minutes to spare. I had the most fantastic there with my friends a couple weeks ago and we enjoyed every second of it. Grace was very supportive and reassuring, she made the whole much less stressful than I thought it would be☺️. Really impressed with this room. We have played quite a lot of rooms all over the country and this is definitely one of the best. We did the pirate plunder room. Really well thought out and plenty to do. Loved the parrot! Only slight negative is the lack of a clock but that is being picky. Very strongly recommended. We played “The Magpie Mystery” and thought it was good fun, 6 people was a lot so we recommend less so everyone can get a turn to solve the as it felt like a smaller room. Plus, if you’re an experienced escaper then we feel that it might not be as hard as you like. Our games master, Amber, was lovely and explained everything well. Also, there are no lockers here so you’d have to bring your belongings into the (this might be a hinderence to your game).
