Beautiful place. A lot of cute animals. Entrance free. Parking free. Very Place to spend evening with friends and family. You can find many varieties of birds and Animals. There is a play area for kids. All these for free of cost.. I would recommend one to visit this place with and make it memorable 😀 I always love this place. The here are treated really well. It is brilliant for children of any age, there is a play park, loads to see and do and even a insect center, where there is loads of information on animals, mainly insects. The parking here is really as there are two large car parks. Unfortunately I can only give 4 stars though, because they have been doing work on the restaurant there for my past 3 visits and it is really loud, dusty and dirty, everywhere. I love it ❤️ family friendly and for to play and also for lovely forest walks ❤️❤️❤️ Really a park/zoo for kids. It's situated in a beautiful place surrounded by forest and for a short visit. Kids will enjoy the close proximity to many of the like goat, sheep, deer, peacocks, ducks etc. There is no entry fee. You have an option to buy food for and feed them by hand. Zoo for free entrance. There is a zoo along the slopes and a restaurant and park space at the top. Very relaxing place to visit. place to visit in the morning and walk along. Not too many animals, but the scenery is great. Nice walk with kids. Small rabbits, geniue pigs, deer and diffrent kind of birds. You can spend a time with kids. There is a playground aswell. And a Restaurant. You dont have to pay any entry fee. Great place to come for families with young children. Free animal park with deer, boar, goats etc. There is a restaurant on site too with beautiful food and drinks. Reasonable too especially for lunch. you’re looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy with and family, this place is perfect. Strolling through the scenic paths, you’ll come across friendly goats, colorful birds, graceful deer, playful cats, and even pigs—plenty to keep the little ones fascinated. The atmosphere is especially charming in the evening, when the light softens and the air feels calm. Do note that if you enter via Parking B, the walk to the main entrance is a bit long, so be prepared—it’s worth it, though! Bring along a water bottle, and if you’d like, you can feed the goats. Fruits, nuts, and vegetables are welcome; just place them in the rack next to the ice cream shop by the play area. There’s also a cozy restaurant for a meal and well-maintained toilets for convenience. My were delighted to spot peacocks, deer, and even wild cats during our visit. Getting here is easy: from Hildesheim ZOB, take bus number 2, 5, or 44, and get off at Rex-Braun-Straße. A Lidl shop is located right by the bus stop—perfect for stocking up on snacks and drinks before you head in. This place is simply wonderful. At no cost you can see beautiful, healthy and well cared for in clean, well maintained conditions. And the park is a size! I don't know if the time of day when we visited had anything to do with it but EVERY animal was out and about, just doing their thing. I was just blown away. The people who run this place are doing amazing work. A real gem in the city of Hildesheim.
