Food was ok I had turkey & Ham was nice for a dinner nothing special. were attentive and friendly. First time trying this place - we are visiting from Bangor Co.Down. My husband and I got a Burger each and a large chip to share. All I can say is wow! Burgers were lovely and the chip was huge, we couldn't finish it all. We got our food for takeaway along with a drink each and 3 dips all for just over €20. Brilliant value for money, staff. Will definitely call in again when we are next in the area. Sub-par at the best of times, burgers burnt and my wein outright refused to eat his chips. Don't sit in. The draft is annoying at best and if you order and pick up, hope they did not s crew up the order and the food you receive is warm... giving them two stars for at least trying Mr. Chippie has a dedicated gluten free menu! I didn’t even know which option to choose! Delicious food! We visited this place for the first time last week & it was very nice. Had a simple roast beef dinner but it was perfect. Would definitely consider eating here again. Not overly expensive either. It is in a very good location, just on the way out of Leterkenny town which is ideal if you want to avoid the madness of traffic. Superb food and the are just so amazing, made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend a visit here 😊 Good size portions. Reasonably priced. Cajun chicken stack for me, and for her. Tasty I am giving an overall 5 stars but i ordered and chips, which were perfect, now tartare sauce should be auto part of ordering fish, not here i had to order it and pay 1,50 euro, come on mr chippie thats stingy and greedy and fleecing customers, and a tiny portion of mayo also 1.50. Great food,friendly staff,great specials.Staff always willing to react to personal preferences nothing is too much trouble. Always has good food. It's not a fancy restaurant, but you won't leave hungry. are great and so is the staff. Great food and value. Probably the best and I've had. Freshly cooked and good portion size. Restaurant is very clean with , efficient staff. I had and and unfortunately the batter was very greasy and although we were given plenty of no one out of the 8 people we bought them for enjoyed them. Service was quick. This place is a hidden gem, Cafe is spotless so they couldn’t do enough for you, portion size are massive such great value. I had the and chip it’s was probably the best and I've ever had. Well done mr Chippy it’s great to see places like this still exist We love this place. The girls who work there always come and have a chat with us and our kids. The gluten free menu is big! The milkshakes are good. The are sound. And the cajun chicken wrap is tasty! Just had a fantastic feed of salt and chilli chicken with curry sauce and bangers and mash. Sooo tasty and brilliant value. Lovely too. The empty plates say it all. 😁 I was pleasantly surprised, large portions, excellent service, we were the whole family, me and our small children.
