Drumcoura City has amazing views with beautiful sunsets, great people and of course a bar and restaurant. The bar caters for most tastes with a unsurprising heavy western theme. The burgers are tasty, pasta went down well but the pizza bases let them down. The restaurant menus need updating. I'm sure they have bern the same for the last 20 years. We stayed for a week and can say the horse riding lessons were first class. At 30euro an hour it is excellent value with skilled tuition. Western riding is unique! Give it a go! I believe children 5+ can ride. Book early as spaces we found filled pretty quick. Enjoy! Saloon was closed when we went on Tuesday so we don't know what it's like but otherwise the equestrian center and lesson was class. Great experience! Wonderful place Worst restaurant I ever came across in my life, walked in at 5:30 and no one even asked us for water or bought the menu even after being there for 45 mins, eventually got tired and had to go get the menu myself and ask for some water. Then had to wait another 30 mins before someone came in to take our order. I ordered chicken burger and my buns were burnt like they came out of furnace. My parents asked for vegan pizza and in my life I have never seen a sader looking pizza. Even in the end I had to go and ask them to clear my check. Will never go there again. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere and lovely staff food was amazing especially dessert Little piece of heaven. Western style saloon and barn. Lovely place to go have some food and a drink or western riding. The horses are lovely and well trained. The saloon does bbq on the big grill. The chicken wings are my personal favorite. Saloon is wheelchair friendly. Plenty of parking. Food is not as good as it used to be. Waiters hadn't a notion what they were doing or what they were even serving. Restaurant was freezing. Come'on guys get your act together, that restaurant is a beautiful spot and it could be amazing! A warm welcome in this western saloon bar which had live music. We ate here both night and the food was very good and served fantastic Guinness as well, all at great prices. We will be back here soon. Drumcoura hosted our IMCC camper club rally last weekend.
