Great indoor & outdoor spa. Very clean and affordable. Towels, slippers and bathrobes available. Can get crowded. I feel like it’s getting more and more crowded by the years but still a nice spa to get a relaxing time. Mostly old people. The exterior pool offers a great view on the different castles from the area. Last but not least I fell asleep during my massage which means it was great! An experience that is beyond greatness ! I highly recommend My expectations were blown out of the water, if you'll excuse the pun. The building is lovely and new with great facilities, but above all the pools were beautiful and the scauna and hammam were very relaxing and tastefully decorated. Worth noting that to use the sauna you had to remove your costume/shorts and use a towel. Really quiet There is no way to book in advance and when you arrive you have to to wait in line outside until the thermal baths are not at full capacity. It would be easy to fix this issue. Additionally, they require men to wear tight-fitting swim trunks as it as apparently more hygienic, but this is not proven in any way so generally a weird and unexpected rule. As our bad experience started even before entering the spa, we decided to not continue waiting. Top ! 💯 Avec un prix raisonnable.😍 ---- 3rd time visiting this wonderful place! Just so you know, they only have 1 sauna and 1 hammam, it would be great if they have atleast two. We have to wait for our turn in the sauna cause its too crowded already.. Overall experience were great. No regrets again. The spa is very clean and quite big. We had enough to do to fill our day here, and overal found it well worth the money. I’m only a bit disappointed because we checked in with a day pass around 16:00 and stayed until 22:00, which means we would want to eat dinner there, but apparently the restaurant closes at 19:00 instead of at 21:00, and the kitchen even closed already at 15:00, which used to not be the case either. On the website there is contradicting information on the French version and completely wrong information on the English version, and unfortunately I read the wrong info. To take full advantage of the day pass, there should be an option for dinner, but as it is I just suggest having a late, big lunch, and getting some of the small snacks (cookies, cake, …) which the restaurant does offer until 19:00. They don't let you book online in advance and then let you wait outside in the freezing cold weather when they're full. We gave up after having waited for 30 min. Also, these weird rule of needing a special type of tight-fitting swimwear for men seems to make no sense at all. Haven't seen this in any other country. Reading the other reviews here, "hygiene" cannot possibly be the reason! Spa très bien mais pas dutout commerçant. Suite à un désagrément ils font un geste en offrant un bon une prochaine fois quand y retournons ils disent que ce n'est pas valable. Cela était entièrement de leur faute mais avons dû payer. Et ils ont fait passer des menteurs. C'est bien dommage. We enjoyed it very much. On s’y sent à l’aise et c’est un vrai moment de détente. Cependant, il est vraiment dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de surveillance dans l’espace du bassin musical, sur mes 3 visites, il y avait à chaque fois des personnes qui ne comprennent pas (malgré les panneaux) que c’est un espace de calme et de silence. Certains se croient vraiment au salon de thé ! Et c’est fatiguant de devoir rappeler les gens à l’ordre de notre propre chef. Juste WOW ! Nous avons passé un séjour à l’hôtel à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et sommes conquis 🤩 premièrement, le cadre est magnifique, l’hôtel est superbe et tout est nickel 👌 l’espace balnéo a plu 🫧 avons également fait un massage en duo, « le Bengali », recommandons à 💯% Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, c’était excellent et les prix corrects 🍽️ Les petites attentions et cadeaux dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ ont su surprendre ! 🍹🍪 Un grand bravo et merci à toute l’équipe, de l’accueil, au restaurant en passant par la balnéo etc… 👏 Très bon moment à deux se détendre dans un cadre magnifique . Un lieu à recommandé fortement. Avec des bassins différents d, nouvelles sensations chacun d’eux. Le bassin avec musique douce est un havre de paix , belle idée. Petit conseil : peut-être plus de surveillance à l’espace détente , des jeunes qui ne respecter pas le silence, ni les règles d’hygiènes … Cela n’a pas gâcher notre moment , mais rester vigilant éviter des mécontentement.
