I was lucky, as the museum was very quiet and I had time to appreciate the building and learn about it's history and what it brought to the local area. Although relatively simple, the way the history of the building and stories from the factory workers were shown, they really brought the place to life. I hoped to listen to the Italian recordings from the drawers online and improve my Italian skills. However when I asked the lady (unfortunately I didn't catch her name), sadly this was not possible. However, she did the next best thing and brought me a leaflet about the house in both Italian and English, so I can learn from that. Great customer service and it was a touch to an enjoyable visit. A parte gli arredi e la in stile Liberty, quello che ci ha colpito di più è stata l'umanità e la lungimiranza con cui l'imprenditore e proprietario Bernasconi ha vissuto e portato avanti la sua attività tenendo in primo piano (secondo le testimonianze) il dipendente e le sue esigenze considerandolo un collaboratore e non un lavoratore da sfruttare.
