We had a wonderful vegan menu here Great restaurant! Should have a Michelin star (or two) Restaurant in "le pays des Collines", a region well worth the visit for walking and cycling. The restaurant is housed in a "old Castle" a building dating back to 1620, set in a beautiful garden. It also has seating in a new extension on the right that looks like a giant glass cube where the open kitchen is situated as well. When making a reservation you can declare your preference in the "more info" box. I took the "Menu Chateau" a 7 course culinary extravagance with assorted wines for just not 200 euros. The food was superb from beginning to end, great service, creative presentation and preperation. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and served us some godly drinks perfectly fitting the dish (every dish get's his own paired wine). When the chef came to serve us the "main" dish, his enthusiasm, love for the job and pride were heartwarming. Overall, the service by the big team was excellent. An absolute must go for any gourmand visiting the region and well worth of a serious detour. A place to come back to ! Date of visit: 8 Aug 2025. We had a wonderful dinner from start to end. We were seated at the living room on the left-hand side of the entrance (not at the glass-surrounded veranda), a plain, but spacious, classy and serene environment, with just four round tables on that night. We were impressed immediately the professionalism and the elegance of the of the team, which lasted throughout the evening, and was executed in a ballet-like manner. All the dishes were delicious and well presented. We singled out the sardine, the turbot à la plancha and the langoustine. Excellent wine pairing by one of the most likable sommeliers we have met. Absolutely delicious wholegrain bread and a wide selection of cheeses. Congratulations to all! Looking forward to returning! Top.
