Amazing place, I came last minute in the evening (another hotel cancelled). Really nice people there. In the morning I looked around, you see the forest from your balcony. Their breakfast is also nice. I will turn back if I have a chance. For sure it was great a while ago... And it could be more than ok now... But...it looks abandoned to me, the fixes have been made poorly and it looked like a bandaged man.. too bad .. it really have potential. The good points: + Very friendly and helpfull staff. + Good food. + Great room view. + Lot of green space to walk. + Clean room. The bad points: - The bed was broken and we had to sleep on half of it.. the good part was that the bed was very big. - The window did not close properly it was lose...about 2-3 mm... The good part was the terace that keeped the wind away of window.... - broken things like lights. - missing parts from the floor margings. - bad door shape, they look like got resuscitated after one robbery...ok maybe 2 or 3. - the bathroom ... Well the toilet chair had the masked fixed very well... But out of line... - the reservoire from the toilet had the cap from another model...and it was smaller... Making a great team with the earlier mask... It looked like it was made from 3-4 different chairs... - tv was bad fixed.. it was not in line with the table... I bet you could get some neck pains if you dare to use it. - the wall paint was missing in the entrance. - in the big campus in many places the garbage bins did not got empty and looked nasty. The place is nice. However it’s not what it looks like in the pictures. I like the fact they have a sun terrace with pool and there are lots of trees and green spaces. The rooms could be improved a lot. Overall I had a decent stay with the specifications I made above The rooms are clean but we had problems with hot water in the first night. The food is purely romanian traditional, average taste. For activities I would give a 4*rating, nice wooden fire in the evening assorted with some finger foods. Overall all the place needs some refurbishment. The service was abysmal, the conditions were not the ones presented, everything is in disrepair and unclean, some rooms have no heating some are saunas. Basic ammenities like showegel or hands towles even toilet paper were missing.The property is not maintianed the gras is trimmed in some places but not everywhere (and actually playing golf is out of the question) and the cut gras was spread over the walkways hedges and trees were not trimmed at all. The lights of the walkways don't work and they are very slipperey at the first bit of humidity. The restaurant is very basic and the servers rude and unhelpful.
