They are short on staff. If you are in a hurry, chose another plance. Here they sell you Menus (burger, fries soft drink combi) and once you pay they'll inform you that they don't have drinks to offer. None! Except for coffee. If you don't want coffee, they won't refund you the drink you just paid for as a part of your combi-menu. Bad- business! Either put a sign up that y'all don't have drinks or inform customers before they pay!! Ripping off people and getting away with it! Was there Sat. 20th and today. Definitely not going back there. However, on saturday, when I was there, one of the workers was replacing the paper in one of them. I needed my receipt for my records. But it was unable to get one. And she told me that the machine was broken. I would not be able to have a paper print out. Today my french fries were way undercooked and tasted raw. Everything was great, but I'd really appreciate a self-ordering screen for convenience. I also highly recommend the Big King XXL with a Monster drink—it's an incredible menu option!
