Long story long: Found a calm place with in-suite sauna for my family(with 5yo) to recover properly from 4 days travel in a loud car.Dropped in more money for silence and separate apartment.At the place first thing we got to know that this facility has no sauna at all,they have it in the other one far away(do they?).Compensation or alternative denied. Second shock was the karaoke party in a tavern that was not announced as existing .Worker said without any excuse that we gonna enjoy it till 2am. Walking towards our apartment I was looking at the rows of room doors jumping in tact with music,praying that our apartment is somewhere far.And it was!Top floor in the opposite end of the building.Thanks to Dionis for hearing my prayers.Yet we still slept with a sound vibration going through all the walls,leaving me feeling lucky and angry at once. But another surprise was awaiting. I had to make my bed myself,even though we booked for three people in advance.The bedsheet I opened was full of cats and humans hairs and as exchange I got one full of holes. Breakfast in the morning tavern was tasty.But served in the dark corner so I had little idea what I’ve just put on my plate.And once I sat outside kind lady brought us hot Omelettes and sausages,unannounced(kitchen spoke nothing but Polish) I must admit in total our apartment was nice and tidyish,but some details was just disgusting.Historical building and sweet view is the only pluses.Yet If we won’t be so exhausted by road with a sleeping toddler in our hands,we would immediately go to another place. Really nice and cozy rooms, descent food. Only issue i had was - shower head was a bit too old and moldy and some light switches werent operational, other then that definetly worth the price. It was disappointed to attend First Communion gathering and not being able to enjoy. I was invited to celebrate my niece and it was disappointing to have her mom to feel disappointed that there was not enough appetizers even though she was told there is no need for premium package because she will get plenty leftovers to take home. How come you charge a lot of money and not provide enough portions for each guest to enjoy. Main meal??? If you don’t give owner plenty of time to add kids portions you’ll be disappointed because you won’t be able to add. If you expect at least dessert to be available for all guests, just think twice. If you bring cake you’ll be charged for service to bring for cutting and then you’ll have to cut on your own because you are not told isn’t part of this service unless you pay extra. Service staff pleasant so at least that was good. Make sure you ask questions about quantities to be served and exact list of items. Get contract maybe so you have in writing. GOOD LUCK if you decide to go with this place!!! Make sure you put only deposit and not full amount! Room nr2 is full of bed bugs. We could not sleep. Next morning reception employee looked at the beds covered with bed bug cadavers with some consternation. But I had the feeling, it was for the hotel personal no surprise.
