Great atmosphere. Highly recommended 👌 For whatever reason the restaurant itself doesn’t have a place to do a Google review so this review is for Chata Rybaka. I have been here twice and have ordered the same dish both times because it’s just that good. Their outdoor seating area is so pretty with the wood furniture although it has no cushion. Parking is pretty plentiful and you can get creative on the side of the road. We spent about $20 per person (100 zlwy) with alcoholic drinks. We ordered a pitcher of the lemonade with gas. It is LIGHTLY sweet so if you’re expecting American lemonade don’t get this. It’s nice and refreshing in my opinion! Our table ordered the fried platter which comes with shrimp, eel, and two other types of European fish. One is a small similar to Portuguese anchovies so there will be bones and fins. The other is I think a Xander filet and the breading is so tasty! The breading on the shrimp makes it crisp and light. Along with the you get a plate full of fries, three sauces (honey mustard, tartar, and sweet chili), as well as a plate of salads made with carrots and cabbage. Our table of five took about 1/4 of the meal home so it’s definitely filling! The bathroom did not have soap to wash your hands and we had to ask our server for napkins. The servers were fine but not overly friendly or helpful. I look forward to going back here next year! Everything was very very good. Potato pancake with local perch fillet is totally recommended. Really good local food, big portions, you must be hungry to finish all. The best are fishes from oven, they are fresh not frozen. soup is also amazing! Friendly staff, nice seating area with swings. You won’t find better restaurant in entire Ełk area. Food is exceptional, the menu rotates every now and then so there’s plenty of opportunity to try new dishes. My very picky kids absolutely love their broth and chicken. Also, this is one of few spots I do soup, main and dessert. Highly recommended! The icing on the cake is Gosia who’s always very helpful and uplifting. We’ll keep coming here whenever we’re in the area. Rybka pierwsza klasa. Polecam The food and service were amazing. The was so fresh it was almost swimming in the plate 😅 Service out of scale. The food which one I was ordered is a dumplings which duck, roasted nuts and cranberry sauce. I'm visiting my family in Elk i couldn't not to stop by in Sedki where half of tourists from Poland knows about restaurant called "Chata rybaka".There's no better place if you want have fresh polish fish.Im inviting whomever is passing by to stop and enjoy their food. The staff and service is great and the layout of the restaurant itself is well organised. There is a playground for children and a very nice outside sitting and dining area, actually just great!! Napewno wrócę! The and chips were very greasy and tasteless. We couldn’t even eat the salad that came with them. The cold beet soup was greasy and bland as well (made with sour cream) A great place!
