There is a big place for the 4 euros per a day. The is nice, often overcrowded. There are where you can buy drinks or food. Sveti Marek (St. Mark) is a beautiful located near the village of Risika on the island of Krk, Croatia. It is one of the few beaches on the island, making it a popular spot for families and visitors who prefer soft over the more common pebble beaches in the region. Key Features: 1. Natural Beauty: Surrounded by greenery, the offers a mix of shallow, clear waters ideal for swimming and sunbathing. 2. Family-Friendly: Its gentle slope into the sea makes it safe for children. 3. Amenities: Facilities include parking, restrooms, and a bar or café for refreshments. There are also options for renting sun loungers and umbrellas. 4. Accessibility: Located about 6 km from Vrbnik, it’s easily accessible by car, with nearby. Marak is one of the rare beaches on island of Krk. It's quite crowded in August, but great fun for kids playing in the and building castles. There's a bar nearby with some snacks and cold beer. There's available at the itself for a daily fee. We'll probably come back next time we're on Krk. It is a of which there are not many in Croatia. Of course there are a lot of people here but actually less than I expected. There is also a row of trees near the that provides shade, but from there it is further to the (which can be a problem if you watch your children in the from there). This is ok if you arrive really early in a day. You can enjoy and clean waters. Later on, it gest crowded and full of trash. Even the sea gets dirty and oily from all the suncream. If you have children, go there. If not, maybe avoid. The thing is that there are plenty of places that offer shadow during the day, there are a couple of near the artificial beach. The is around 4 euros a day. The downside is that the is quite dirty. + beautiful Adriatic scenery with sea cliffs + good place for snorkeling + beach, convenient for kids + is next to the beach + several snack bars + tasty, not expensive cappuccino in the bar + old church in the middle of peninsula +/- price is 20 kn for the whole day - if you park your car exposed to the sun, it will be overheated - is a little bit dirty - is a little overcrowded A very with sand, which you can hardly find around (most of the beaches inside and outside the are super rocky). The space costs 5 Euros for the whole day which is super cheap for someone who wants his car right next to the beach. There is also a bar where you can be provided with drinks and snacks in quite good prices. The was nice. The was crowded but you could still enjoy your day Very kids friendly beach, paid but easy parking, areas with grass and threes. 3 with fast food and drinks. Good option for families with kids Awesome parking, 4EUR/day. Very nice, shallow as others mentioned. The offer a very atmosphere with great view. Food is decent as well. The area is spacious enough for a lot of people, there's also some shadow by the trees. The downside is the not so clear water, but that's because of the crowd. Don't miss a walk to the church ruins, it's literally just 3 minutes from the beach. A hidden paradise for families and lovers! 🏖️🌿 This is a dream – soft golden sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of natural shade nearby. The surrounding green lawns create a calm, refreshing atmosphere, perfect for relaxing between swims. There’s a lively bar right on the shore, serving cool drinks and good vibes all day long. Whether you’re here to sunbathe, play volleyball, or simply enjoy the view, this place has it all. Spacious, clean, and full of energy – a perfect mix of nature and fun. Can’t wait to come back! 🌊🍹🏐 Tiny with underdeveloped infrastructure and plenty of kids, suitable for families with children, cash only.. due to boats the sea has oil traces … The is very suitable for families with children. Right next to the beach, there is a large lot which is charged from 8 AM to 6 PM every day. Additionally, there are three where you can find refreshments with a drink or ice cream, and I believe some of them also offer snacks to eat (toast sandwiches, chicken nuggets, etc.). We had a very, very bad experience with this car park. First they did not want to let us in with a van (while they were other vans parked there), then they ended up saying we could park for 10 euros. When we came with the money, they said it was actually 20. We went to see the then left, and they basically insulted us. Savage car park managed by these two people coming out of nowhere. Beach is also very small, we recommend further and walking a bit if you really want to see the beach. The entrance fee is completely disproportionate to what you get. The and the were neither clean nor well maintained – litter everywhere and an overall neglected impression. For the price, I expected much more. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommendable.
