The view is amazing. They make their own beer and it is really good, also their radler is great, not too sweet. Very load bad music. They have a good selection of algida ice creams. You can pay with a card. Service was okay. The spa and wellness is not very well maintained, people visiting saunas in swimsuit, lots of dirt. Place was quite crowded, pretty much all saunas were occupied and you had to look for a spot. Only positive is the nature and 6 sauna options. They accepted credit cards. This was the first time I went here to have a lunch. Before I went here only because of wellness & spa which was ok. The food was "not great not terrible" but I wouldn't give it 3 stars if they wouldn't miss so many basic things such as Cola, burger or non-alcoholic beer! And all this things have been in the menu. So I think it doesn't worth it going here only for lunch and if you're going here anyway, then I recommend to visit wellness & spa too. Ps: I haven't been on smaller toilet yet 🙃 A delightful retreat in the most beautiful surrounds, and great value too. The outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains is a simply wonderful experience. The restaurant is cosy and great for drinks; however, there weren't any vegan options on the menu so we did not eat there. Nice wellness, but service is extremely rude downstairs. Amazing surrounding of mysterious Muráň offers great hiking possibilities. Aching muscles relief in the spa afterwards. Friendly staff, good food, local music and nice accommodation. i would give zero stars if that would be possible. today's experience here was absolutely unpleasant. half of cart wasn't available. staff was slow and bored of customer's presence. first food came in about 45 minutes. cutlery was dirty from lipstick. by the time we got new one's the food was cold. after asking lovely staff to kindly reheat the meal we got crooked face. pure profesionality :/ after lunch we went for wellness. or at least we wanted. we were told, we are late one hour. well, the hour we just spent waiting for food. imagine that look in kids eyes. it's not about, that wellnes is not available but the way it was said. i wouldn't recommend this place we came here to have a meal in the restaurant. we were a bigger group (12 people) and i ordered Halušky and a Lemonade. The lemonade came right away but it was just plain water with a slice of lemon in it that they charged money for. The rest of the group got their meals after some waiting. The 3 of us that ordered Halušky waited for 40 minutes. After that time, they brought only one plate. We expected the 2 others to arrive shortly. After 15 additional minutes i had to come and ask the waiter about the other 2 remaining plates. He said that he forgot and he did not even say sorry just offered to make the 2 remaining plates. We reluctantly agreed and they brought them after 10 minutes. The meal was terrible overall, i would give it a 2/5. Also, one of the group members’ meals was so cold when they brought it that they had to give it back. The waiter was very ignorant and he did not even take our dishes when we finished our meals despite him walking empty-handed next to our table. Having too much work is not an excuse since there were only 5 full tables at the big restaurant. I would not recommend going here and I am not coming back either.
