Regular calls and communication were done in the lead up to the shoot. A small deposit was taken to secure the slot which is refundable after the appointment. Kaitlin was fantastic with our newborn, 7 and 5 year old. We have pictures of our newest member, just siblings, me and my husband and then as a whole family. were stunning. Finance options are available but if you don't pay up front you wait longer for your products. I thought that was odd. You commit to pay, you should get your goods in order of when they were purchased. When paying for digital images you'll have a very small window to download them! Like 3 days. After that... they expire and the are gone. That's very dangerous as a customer, and could cause complications if they were to forget. With anything advertised as 'free' you just have to be aware. Overall a and the staff were amazing, very attentive, added personal touches and conversations to the service. Thank you to Izzy, James and Kaitlin for our wonderful and with Zen. The itself was great, the staff; friendly and professional, and the process was fun, but I was not prepared for the prices.... I'm fully willing to accept it may well be the going rate for this type of product and that perhaps I'm too penniless and/or uncultured to appreciate the value in fine art of this nature, but I sure can't justify spending between a week's and a month's wages on and prints, no matter how nice they are, or what payment options are available. However, if you do have about £500+ to spend on the resultant prints and pieces, then this isn't a bad place to do it. Only reason haven't give 5 star is it's is a bit pricey, which is to be expected with the quality of the venue, shoot,times etc etc etc but I wish that had been disclosed a little more when you won the competition. I got a voucher £250 towards so was thinking wouldn't be much more. But came be much more but I decided to spend the money as, When else would I have a photo shoot! Minus the other cost so JUST for the pictures, they do have payment plans and so that's a saving grace they are very flexible and will try best to accommodate needs and budget to in that's respects if I could give 4.5 I would. Would recommend for sure. I got my products a out 8-10weeks later and the pictures are in wall art I got is incredible and the digital photo where great! They run Facebook ‘competitions’ where everyone is declared a winner, but what they don’t mention is that no are actually included. The prize is essentially just the chance to book an extremely expensive photoshoot. After entering, you’ll be bombarded with calls, texts, and emails pushing you to book. When I explained that their pricing was out of my budget, I was met with a snarky remark: ‘we do realise our prices aren’t for everyone.’ The whole process felt misleading and pushy. Be aware that these competitions are marketing tactics, not genuine prizes. If you’re looking for a photographer, I’d suggest going with one who is transparent about costs and respectful of their clients from the start. What an incredible experience! My partner and I came for a couples photoshoot. Our Katie was wonderful, she helped capture our personalities beautifully. We are so happy with the photos, we wish we could’ve bought them all! We had the pleasure of having a with Carla on Sunday and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and made us feel completely at ease. Her warm and personable nature created such a relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to enjoy the and be ourselves in front of the camera. We CANNOT, wait to see the outcome as we sneakily saw on the camera roll on Saturday to get some products!!! My wife and I went for our first professional photo all nervous and not knowing what to do, but caitlin the was absolutely amazing. She made us comfortable and relaxed and got us to do a few different poses and motions to really capture a natural happy look. My family never wanted the 1 hour session to end, and when it came to the fine art consultation, we met with the Alex who took us through our pictures and helped us picked the best ones within our budget. Latrice was our and was with Olive who settled down really well. The large studio itself was clean and inviting resulting in lots of different taken including ones with me! James was lovely and made us feel so comfortable the entire time! Definitely worth a visit :) It's been 2 months plus and we can't see the photographs we drive over 30 miles to take. Initially we were booked to see it 2 weeks after the were taken, we drove all the way there excited with the kids and all only to be told that the projector wasn't working as there was an issue with the battery and was promised vouchers, discounts and everything under the sun. Yet after several calls to chase up nobody from this company can tell us if we are ever going to see those photographers as it also has of our incoming baby bump. Our deposit hasn't been refunded as promised if we did attend the appointment which we did. it's just a very awlfull and disappointing with Zen Myself and my fiance had our engagement at Zen with Carla. I couldn't fault the whole experience. Communication was throughout and prior to our appointment. Carla made us feel so comfortable and we couldn't he happier with the she captured. Ones we can cherish forever. They were so good, we couldn't decide on just a couple so had to get them all. We had our consultation with James, who was also just as welcoming and amazing, he got us the package that was best for us and did not pressure us at all into making purchases that weren't for us. I came for a second on the 4th of May with my dog at the Northampton studio as I had initially won the on Facebook. At the start of the year. Unfortunately, there was an unavoidable incident, which meant that the first round of couldn't be recovered. I was invited back to the studio to have our redone, as I fell in love with the first lot and really wanted some of me and my dog together. We had the same photographer, Izzy, who was just as wonderful the second time around and captured more incredible of us. She knew Harlow's personality and worked around him and knew when he was ready to stop. She was very patient with him and captured all of the best things that I love so much about him. The customer service that I have received throughout this process has been nothing but professional and Reece, Izzy and Tony have been so kind and helpful throughout the whole journey and did everything they could to ensure that I got the that I wanted and that we had a fun, comfortable and memorable experience. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helped accommodate us with our many questions. Our photographer, Carla was we had her for the newborn and 1year cake smash. She captured of our little one and family shots. She has an energy and got all of us involved with the cake smashing ending in a cake fight! James was so helpful going through all the edits and helping us pick the best for our artwork. As the company has made some changes to their artwork we were unsure if they could create a matching piece to go with our sons. But James was able to make this happen for us.
