I attended for the cinema. Parking is "free" for cinema goers for up to 2 hours. So when a film hits the magical 2 hours you have to pay for an hours parking. Which sucks. The car park also sucks the big one. The pillars are huge and cut into the bays, coupled with the road width being so narrow makes getting in a nightmare. place to train! The best and instructors! Lovely vibe always 🤩🧘🏻‍♀️🩷 A useful centre, with a very good gym complete with pool, a very friendly team in the beauty salon on the ground floor, and a large cinema complex. The car park has a neat system where if you use the facilities you can have three hours free. Even if you over run the rates are reasonable. Well maintained, always clean, though occasionally, in quiet times, I believe they turn the escalators off to conserve energy. That’s fine by me. Really love coming to Soo Yoga. It's a beautiful space and very welcoming. Easy with children as there's on site parking for free. My little girl adores her ballet with Caroline who is with children! I remember finding dance a bit cliquey and intimidating when I was younger but Soo Yoga is not like that at all. Looking forward to trying more! Love classes, instructors and people who are coming to exercise, feels like community 🧡 I have requested for my data to be removed twice now, as they keep trying to take payment from my account each year despite cancelling. 12 months on and my data is still not removed, this will be reported to the ICO. It has its own futuristic shape...when you walk inside that building...there is some simplicity...and aliveness by lighting plus colors... I took my baby to Soo Yoga’s 6 week Baby Massage course and it was absolutely amazing!! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Kristina was absolutely amazing, so lovely and really knowledgable. Such a wonderful experience. And really enjoyed having a coffee/drink in their cafe after the sessions. I then did their summer mum and baby yoga sessions which were also amazing, fun for babies and at getting back into the swing of moving/exercise after having a baby (made me ache in a good way the following day)!! Definitely book in with them, you wont regret it. X I popped in and Ali on reception showed me around (she was very welcoming and lovely), I signed up for summer special membership and I absolutely loved the reformer classes, so when my trial was over I joined straight away. It has become a way of life, I do the early morning with Caroline and Vicky who are both excellent instructors, keeping us challenged and invigorated and keeping my back strong. Well done to Kristina for providing this excellent facility right here in the centre of Northampton. Thank you to you all. Yvonne Spence I’m really not sure why people are leaving reviews about the parking, cinema and state of the building, none of these things have anything to do with Soo! Soo Yoga is a wonderful place, wide range of the likes of which you usually have to go to a city to take part in (Ariel yoga anyone!), the reformer Pilates is and they have lots of reformers, again unusual in a small town. Everyone from front of house, to instructors and owners is lovely. It’s a really great place and we’re lucky to have such a fab place in Northampton! After doing mat Pilates for many years to improve my weak back, I was recommended to try Reformer Pilates. As I was a beginner, I decided to try some 121 lessons before I joined a class. I'm so glad I did, Kristina is an teacher; very observant (she never misses when you are struggling or doing the exercises incorrectly) and is always there to put you on the right track and encourage you to stretch yourself more. I have been attending for 6 months and love the friendly vibe within the club, from the receptionists, to the teachers (Claire, Hayley and Tracey) to fellow students, everyone is very relaxed and friendly however we are all there to work hard to improve our health whilst simultaneously having fun. I have not felt this strong for years and my back improves with every lesson, thanks to SOO Yoga. Really lovely studio and great for mums. Very aesthetic. I have been going since pregnancy to the pregnancy yoga and reformer classes. I also did the baby yoga course and then back to reformer and HIIT classes. They have a free creche for members but I never had to use it. The teachers are all fantastic and I feel like I get a good workout from each class. Free parking. Highly recommend. facilities. Had my first Anti Gravity Yoga class - and loved it. Great teaching which really made me confident to do moves I never thought I could! I had a very bizarre experience with SooYoga. Their website has technical issues which makes it very hard to book. I reported this (with screen recordings to help them diagnose the issue) and was told that nobody else was facing issues… I was shrugged off and the tone was so rude when I was trying to help. They even attached a screenshot of a previous booking I made months ago to “prove” that it worked for me before. Incredibly passive aggressive and childish. This gaslighting annoyed me. When I responded as such, I was told (and I quote) “Following your response we feel it is best if we refund you your pass and delete your account fully so you can find a more suitable booking system as well as facilities for yourself.” Such a strange way to deal with customer feedback, barring me from the studio? Well, I hope their website still has issues and they lose bookings as a result. Side note, they say their food is vegan friendly but when I last visited the only vegan food was some crisps. The food options were very poor (pre-packaged cookies and crisps). There are better studios (try Pose Fitness at the Weedon Depot, they’re lovely folks!!)
