This place should be shut down My solicitor and I have been waiting 4 months for a District Judge to sign a Sealed Order. What is the Judge doing , diddly squat for an exorbitant salary. All this needs is a signature and an official stamp. How hard can it be. This sham of a is playing with people's lives and it should be closed down and all the staff dismissed for incompetence without severance pay. We need Justice and results not blatant stupidity and disrespect. It seems I have the same problem as many other people. I have a CCJ from this place on my credit file which I knew nothing about. It was flagged up by an estate agent when I applied for tenancy of a studio flat. It was apparently for a parking fine going back to 2018 which I never received. The CCJ was settled in full in August 2022, but not by me. Failed to resubmit my judgement even after a year of communication with them. Zero effort on their behalf to ensure that the due process has been followed. I fear I've lost my case because the defendant has gone insolvent Total scam, not even a real just a processing centre. Have had several ccj’s from this place and never paid a single one. They prey on the weak and the vulnerable l. Fight back and they are not so keen and look for the next soft target. Same as the bully boy debt collectors they use. They have no power in law, just a grubby debt collector. Not a real court, they are not legally trained, cannot get through to speak to anyone unless you want to wait over an hour. Do not waste your time! Then to add to insult you have a cheek to ask wrongfully accused and judged against for money to get your case heard modern day reversed Robin hood. Maybe instead of a goon just mindlessly stamping claims should hire that can ensure private companies have the correct details before passing judgement. Did not the papers and then automatically ended up in ccj for £300 within 14 days. Cost £300 to set aside. Absolute scan paid within 30 days now trying to get ccj deleted which is a nightmare as the keeps rejecting it even though claimant informed them. I authorised for £19 to be taken from my account to receive a certificate from the court. They did not send the certificate and they took £313 from my account. I have had to dispute it with the bank because the has not provided a refund. It’s a complete scam and fraud. Dreadful, and soulless. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. WAITED 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE THEN GOT TO THE END TO BE CUT OFF. CCJ AGAINST MY COMPANY WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF AND DON'T KNOW KNOW WHATS IT FOR. DISGRACE SHUT THE PLACE DOWN. Paid off a CCJ in November but trying to get changed to say “satisfied” is an absolute nightmare. Phone lines are a joke and the email service is none existent, I got a reply 2 months after I sent one saying how can we help? We are a small business with a CCJ which we unintentionally gained. We paid off the outstanding amount the day we correspondence from DCBL in October 2024. Fast forward 6 months we have the same bill from MIL collections stating we pay up. We contacted cardsaver to whom we owed the money to and they have not any money from DCBL or the courts who issues the CCJ. I have emailed this Courts with no reply. DCBL are saying the money has been sent. On Google it's saying this courts is now closed down! Where is our money we have paid? Trying to talk to someone is impossible. The mail asked for & lack of response has cost over £40.00. The Mediator says she has phoned one number 3 times, she lied, we were sat waiting for a call for 45 minutes, my wife took the day off. Tried to call them but obviously nobody answered, emailed twice asking for an update but no response.
