Nice place, lots of good areas for little ones. The sensory in the under 4’s was particularly nice. Friendly staff. The lack of running water in the baby change was off putting, as I like to wash my hands, but there was hand sanitizer. The whole place is great, but I’d say a little tired in places and the left dirty plates on the tables far too long, when it wasn’t busy. Overall, a place to go, ample parking and plenty of space for the little ones to go Wild! Well worth the money. Paid £21.50 for 2 full (entry/meal included) & 2 accompanying adults. Lots of activities for little ones (only till under 10s) Extra pounds for Peppa ride or bumping cars. Very safe to leave the child on its own to climb on all the high slides etc Not best food, but can't ask for more as they are normal English snacks. Definitely recommend to families with as there's lots of fun activities, special under 4s area. The 5.30pm closing should be extended as there's never enough for the to thought 🤣🥰 Would like a few more toys for under 1s. Large open spaces, cafe and a warm welcome Don't believe it's worth the money to go and listen to a load of out of control including our own screaming at the top of the lung capacity. The food I found more than disappointing and feel surprised it's even in the human food chain. Barely hear the food being called such is the cacophony of sound in the place. Been twice for private parties. interactive space for to run around and burn energy. Some aspect you still need to pay for but plenty of free options and teens and adults can join in the fun. Recommended! Very clean and well spaced out. Lots of different soft for all ages. Multiple slides, big trampoline/bouncy castle style thing, dedicated for smaller children. Refreshments available and very reasonably priced. Does get busy quickly so be sure to get here early. Highly recommended The children's party food was terrible. But they had a playing. I would say it's more for ages 4 and above. are very friendly. On September 21st, I visited the establishment, which appeared suitable for to indoors on a rainy day. However, my experience was unpleasant really by the unacceptable state of the kitchen and staff. The space was cluttered and disorganized, with items scattered about. My concern was the food handling practices exhibited by the elderly cook, which appeared to be a lady in her late 60s. She displayed a negative and miserable attitude and handled food with her bare hands, disregarding basic hygiene standards. Specifically, she used her hands to scoop grated cheese onto some burgers which were taken from a heated cupboard, again, without gloves or utensils. In an attempt to opt for a safer choice, I ordered nuggets, fries, cucumber, and carrot sticks. However, I was appalled to witness the cook submerging her bare hands in a bowl of water to retrieve the cucumber and carrot sticks, which she then placed on the plates without proper handling. Same shocking practice for the fries that have landed on the work area. Just using bare hands to push them onto the plate. Given the shocking process of food handling and hygiene and cooking practices observed, we will not be returning to this establishment as I believe it could poses a potential health risk for the little ones. soft play. Best for younger as it isn't they big. Have been coming for a long time, would recommend. At the weekend it is ridiculously busy. This is a place for of all ages. Our grandson is 3½ and he loves it. We bought a Trilogy card for him and he goes in free and we go in for £1. It's a 2 hour session but if it's quiet you can stay longer. The food is nice and reasonably priced too. Definitely worth a visit with young children. Value for money. Took my daughter here on her birthday and she absolutely loved it. We are definitely going to visit this place again. The tables used for food are frequently cleaned by staff. Separate for under 4s and over 4s, but no one stops your if they wants to explore other areas of the area. Food is available and not very expensive. Wash rooms are neatly maintained. We have been to this soft a few times. It is perfect for very young and toddlers as it is not to big and intimidating. My son loves the slides and he always has a good time. Food is okay, though a little too oily for what I would have liked for my toddler. was very friendly and open to answer questions. place for though does not receive 5 stars as are left to do as they please. There are cars can drive at a cost however where running riot and some not paying to use but being pushed around manually by others, while some drove around, I chose not to put my son on as it was out of hand and no-one that worked there was even keeping watch. As we were leaving we saw that a kid had hurt his foot on the track which is no surprise. Also overage using the under 5 area, my kid got knocked over by overage running riot. Needs more people on watch! We want to give a big shout out to Debbie. She is so welcoming, friendly and you can tell she genuinely cares about who comes into the soft play. Chatted to her twice now when we came and she has exceptional customer service. Ladies on reception friendly too, they all are in fact but want to give a special shout out to Debbie as she is so lovely. soft for all ages and we love coming here, especially the kids. Nice and open so you can keep an eye on them! Always having fun pretty busy all the time, but still spacious from everyone. We had one birthday party already and planning the next one. Soft itself isn't too bad,. spacious with plenty of seating. The kitchen however is run by rude staff, slow service and poor quality food which is disappointing as you need something to do for 2hrs. We won't be going again place for of all ages and abilities. Two (essential) coffee stations to keep the adults going and a reasonable food menu. Pricing is excellent compared to other similar venues. We will be going again soon. Good parking and easy to find, food is ok but portions between adults and are not very dissimilar, tables usually left untidy and not cleaned and available on entry in busier times. areas are very spacious and nothing really for under 1. My loved the bouncy air pad, and go karts. Would visit again but better areas available in northampton. It was my son's 7th birthday today.. Thanks to the especially to Laila and Kayleigh ( I hope I spelt it right !), who made our party fabulous and let our guests have a experience by being present and helpful. The food was fantastic as well. had fun too :) Cheers !!! My daughters 4th birthday was terrible here. First and last booking a birthday at Berzerk. Party started at 14:15.I arrived at that with some of the guests and the table was dirty and messy. I expect to come at prepared table, not to stand next to it until the stuff after my asking cleaned it up. I had to ask for a squash otherwise no one would bring it. The coffee was just milk, then after asking to change it luckily we got something better, but still it was not good. The food was cold. The bear came for less than 1 minute. Pizza terrible. I had 5 kids(payed for 10) but they served for 5 and the,, rest put in middle,, which wasn't a lot anyway. I don't recommend this place for birthdays at all. Brilliant service! Its a lovely place, our love it. are so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and serve nice food and a good coffee.
