El Pazo es una delicia y se nota desde que cruzas el umbral de la puerta. Se nota en el ambiente, en los jardines, y en el cuidado de la decoración de cada rincón. Sin lugar a dudas, un alojamiento muy recomendable si vas a la Ribeira Sacra. Bueno, si vas no, cuando vayas. Un alojamiento especial, muy especial. Precioso pazo, donde Thomas y Rosa te hacen sentir como en casa, cada detalle está cuidado al milimetro, habitación y baño amplios, jardín exuberante, precioso. Desayuno estupendo, fruta de todo tipo a tu disposición todo el dia. Pero lo mejor es el trato de sus dueños, su atención, sus charlas. Ha sido un placer pasar estos dias en Pazo Chaioso This is an exceptional place and Thomas and Rosa are exceptional people. The rooms are clean, inviting , comfortable and warm. The grounds are gorgeous. The house was lovingly restored by the owners. Breakfasts are fantastic. Maceda is a nice little town in a gorgeous region. Even the cats are well behaved and delightful !! Above all, Thomas and Rosa are kind, engaging committed, helpful and multilingual. I almost never write reviews and this is the first review I have ever volunteered to do-- it's THAT good! If I am lucky to find myself in Galicia again, this is where I will stay. This place is a gem. What a beautiful place! I am so impressed with how the owners created a country home paradise. They were able to maintain many historical aspects of the property yet modernize certain amenities, which made our stay very comfortable. They are the best hosts. I am a Spanish High School teacher in California, USA. So, I asked Rosa (one of the owners) if I could interview her about the Pazo and use the video in my Spanish class.
