Loved it Shared a midweek spa deal with my friend. Great value for money. Graze board , glass of wine followed by back and facial. Would go again. Beautiful surroundings. Treatment was a bit too bright for me but other than that to experience. Me and my sister went December and was a little disappointed! We emailed and was asked to come back again ! So we went back today and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left totally relaxed ! We had a candle lit pool which was so relaxing, clean, and well worth it ! Drinks and fruit skewers ! Showers were nice and clean we didn't want to get out ! We then went for a mud wrap which was followed by a and a which was purchased on wowcher which was so we both had a little sleep ! There was a shower in the If we wished to have one ! We then had food and drinks which was so we ate every bit ! The atmosphere was and the couldn't do more ! We had a day and left happy and relaxed ! We will be back :) Another fantastic spa day for my wifes birthday. Not disabled friendly as stairs everywhere and sunken sspa pool has no handrails so difficult to access and exit Food basic, small portions and overpriced. Saving grace was the great so thankyou to those girls who saved the day. Me and my sister visited here on Monday erd March. We got the deal via Wowcher which included 2 and mini Payot treatment High Tea with Prosecco. We did add on the Candlelit Jacuzzi for a hour which we had sold use of and was really magical and peaceful. Water and fresh fruit provided a recommended add on worth money Robes and included with add on if not separate purchase The High Tea was fantastic just enough sandwiches second with jam and cream and chocolate cake ( Now that's heaven on a plate) with glass prosecco From moment we came in we wee created by young lady and were given a drink whilst filling out our forms Then given robes and and were in the waiting until our treatments The place is of Moroccan decor and is very well done it's in an church so it's ideal and relaxing..I loved it very well thought out especially as candles everywhere We then had our and were pleased to find we were in a together..yes not often do you get that Sarah and Victoria were our Therapists and they were amazing...I know my sister was so happy with Victoria and said she was pleased with treatment Sarah was mine and she was amazing she knew exactly where to considering I got alot if illnesses..her leg and foot is out if this world. Just pity I live a hour away I'd be there everyday..she was outstanding..both were After our we then went for High Tea and Jacuzzi...loved it all Location was good..place amazing friendly and helpful and shoke delightful Thank you all ladies.. sorry couldn't leave a tip as had no money and couldn't take card but when I come again I'll extra tip But it's a hidden gem and worth a visit loved it 🥰 My daughter and I attended for a and followed by tapas and champagne. We had an early appointment and was greeted warmly. We were offered a drink whilst we filled in our forms, then led to the lounge where we were collected for our treatments. The were friendly and explained everything clearly. We added a few additional tapas dishes and hot stones to the package, but there was no pressure to do so. We enjoyed our time there and would go back. Thank you. I called Environmental Health on this dump in January after they served me food that I told them I was allergic to which landed me in hospital. Environmental health said the place wasn’t up to standard on visiting and the least they could do was issue a refund. The rude and unpleasant manager refused with every excuse she could think of. The had no training in allergens, they were unhygienic along side the facilities. Disgusting place Disgusting attitudes Would not recommend My partner got me this gift as I was unwell in December. I took my mum with me and the place is being an old building and the furniture added to it. The were amazing. We had a back, neck and shoulder message and and the mini PAYOT treatment, and we both enjoyed it, the ladies were amazing and knew what they were doing. My only little issue is something I can see others posting about, is the hire. As this was a gift, my partner checked that on wowcher, it didn't state there would be additional costs. When seeing this on the website when booking, I did see and slipper hire for £9.50pp which somehow come to £27. The were like tissue paper so it may be worth investing a little more in the and if your charging 2 people £27. Some bits of the property could be updated. Other then that, the ladies were and they are the reason I am giving it a five star because their work shouldn't be marked down for the prices that management are putting in place. **Title: A Gifted Spa Day with for Improvement** I recently had the pleasure of enjoying spa gifted to me, and while the had its highlights, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The first notable aspect was the scheduling options, limited to either a 9 AM or a 4 PM slot. Given that I was traveling to Liverpool, I opted for the later time to avoid an early morning start. The spa is located on an unassuming street and intriguingly housed in an old Jewish synagogue 🕍. This unique setting hinted at the potential for a beautiful boutique experience. However, the interior décor felt tired, which slightly dulled the initial charm. The toilet facilities were quite primitive, detracting from the overall spa ambiance I had hoped for. On a more positive note, the changing facilities were delightful, exuding a historic gothic feel with their wooden lockers, changing cubicles, and a dresser with a mirror. These elements added an authentic touch to the experience. Despite receiving this as a gift, I found it unexpected that I was required to hire a robe, slippers, and locker for a total of £13. While not exorbitant, I would have appreciated the option to bring my own items or be provisioned for a mere two hours of use. Since I was the last customer of the day, I acquiesced and paid the fee. To my delight, the welcoming poured me a glass of champagne and escorted me to the treatment room. Victoria, the therapist who attended to me, carried out my three treatments: a neck, back, and arms massage, a facial, and realignment. Her skills were top-notch, leaving no for complaint. If you plan to visit this spa, Victoria is the therapist you should definitely book. However, being the last customer of the evening, I detected a sense of being politely rushed, which felt a bit awkward and detracted from the otherwise experience. In summary, while the were exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed the gift, the one-hour drive for just two hours of services made the feel a bit short-lived. The spa possesses a unique charm thanks to its historic location, but updating the décor and amenities would elevate it to match the quality of its treatments. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY… My son bought this for a Christmas present for his girlfriend and I. When we got there we got told we had to pay for and which was just over £27 including £4 admin fee! We literally had the on for 10 mins, as we took it off for are of a back and (which was lovely) then we had 1 glass of Prosecco and a sharing platter for 2, which was a few olives, hummus, bread and a little cured meat. The place its self is terrible so dated in desperate need of a lick of paint, every is dark and dinge. No swimming pool or shower and pay extra for jacuzzi if they can fit you in. I have been twice recently and both visits have been lovely. The are and they made an extra special effort on my daughters birthday by decorating the table for her as a surprise, was a really nice touch. The therapists are and make you feel at ease and are really good at their jobs. It's an overall to come here and will definitely be returning. were very good. I'd give 5 stars but they were cut short by 15mins. were standing at the door with bags and costs on ready to leave. We were rushed out. The "High Tea" was an absolute joke! Cheese and Pickle 2 little triangles, hardly any cheese on. Scones thickend in jam and cream, not given a choice to have butter instead. Given carrot cake(hate it) not given a choice. Screw top procsecco £5 from Aldi, went flat as soon as poured into the glass. Charged £20 for that!!! The and robes that cost £9.85 ( mandatory) to hire them. Robes were tatty and only worn for 10mins, the so called were paper, tiny thin sole. The changing rooms were dirty and dusty. Looks like something had been spilt on the wall. In the dining the light fitting had dead flies on it. They could be clearly seen. All in all dreadful. But must point out the were very good, just cut short!! So disappointed. My daughter bought this for us both as a January treat. Dark, dingy rooms. Horrible smell of fried food. Toilets were dirty. No showers. Booked for 4 pm. But sat waiting until 5pm for to start. When we asked why - they said you have 45 minutes to fill in the consultation form…. It took 2 minutes to fill it in. So for an hour we sat in the dark and waited. Not a space to chill at all. Oh and we had to pay an additional £27 for grubby robes. I do not recommend this place.
