Beautiful dishes, seasonal and well presented, a must visit, when in the area. Very personal service, hosts are very accommodating. The B&B is very cosy with well-presented rooms. They offer lovely breakfast. The gardens are well kept worth a stroll. We were guests of the hotel and had a dinner at the Restaurant. We ordered a two course menu and it was delicious and perfect! Super tasty starter of bread and butter (compliment of the restaurant), salmon perfect and tender and lamb with polenta were awesome! The portions are not that big, so if you have a big hunger, you might need something extra, but a very satisfying dinner for us! So i can totally recommend! Had a tour around the castle. Costs €15 and you have to book in advance. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable guides. They made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. Lasted in excess of 2 hours and they didn't rush us at all when we asked questions. At the end Peter gave us a short rendition on the bagpipes. BRILLIANT.
