We are heartbroken we lost our little cat Tux at 2 am Sunday morning and the emergency vet contacted forget me not for us and they phoned us the same day to say he was safely with them .❤️They phoned again and we ordered the Teddy and a ornament with his paw print and they also gave us some of his fur and pawprints that I had asked for that my daughter had wanted ..we have been treat with the upmost respect and care ..at midday today our little boy was brought back to us with everything that we had asked for ❤️ and also a card and certificate such a lovely polite man brought Tux .To say we had tears was an understatement 😢 but we are so grateful that Tux was treat with care and love and for that we can't thank you enough RIP our little man... My partner couldn't talk without getting upset but she was patient and understanding. She talked us through what we wanted and we decided to drop him off. The lady that spoke to us when we got there was lovely, she said he was our pet and would treat him the same as if he was their pet. We went and picked him back up on the Tuesday and received a lovely card and certificate of his cremation. He is now back where he belongs. I can’t describe my gratitude to the guys, from already being on the way to my vets to pick my boy up by the time I rang, to being so sensitive and empathic during the phone call while taking details from me, marking even the smaller details of making sure they had descriptions of his toys that were with him when they picked him up.
