Really good, soft play. Clean, with plenty of toys for the of all ages! Very friendly and obliging staff. Very food. Excellent softplay for toddlers. Dedicated under 5 filled with toys, puzzles, soft climbs and slides. Larger softplay for over 5 also available. £5.25 for 2 hours per child, no payment for adults. Plenty of seating and spacious with a selection of reasonably priced food and drink. Lots of free parking. frame, which adults can also access. A separate and playframe for up to 5. Plenty of seating for adults and the section away from the main frame is quieter than elsewhere. Electronic door controls are only operated by staff, so you can be sure your can't exit on their own. rooms nicely decorated but could do with a little more ventilation. Maybe some large fans would help. Cafe to order food, which was better than the usual fare. Coffee £2.50 for an americano, acceptable quality. Staff friendly and efficient. They monitored the areas at times, which was to see. Awesome place to take my Godson to and run off some energy. Great to see him develop in attitude and confidence. Ruff'n'tumble, just what it says on the box. Great place for the kids, special for the younger ones and a bigger for wannabe rambo's, girls Included. Quick service for food and drinks portions are of epic size. Well worth the entrance fee. Our granddaughter loved it here very clean food choices will definitely be back different areas for different ages well laid out Sadly a poor experience. Facilities look like there is definite potential. Attended as a guest. Hosting were not kept in the loop and when things were not going to plan, seemed to answer concerns with short abrupt tones. No reassurance or apologetic tones. I walked close to a group of team members talking and their embarrassed body language suggested they were discussing our party. The team leading the disco section appeared embarrassed to be running it and far from enthusiastic or engaging for the children. Smiles go a long way… especially with young children. They were looking at each other throughout with unsure looks. It suggested they didn’t even know how the dances went. Please refresh training. Cafe slow to respond to waiting customers. The were led through to the and waited for a long to receive food. Queries from were asked and the team did try and get answers - but with the being located very far from the kitchen, perhaps have a walk or talkie system to ease communications? As this added to delays. The hosting had relayed an itinerary to the guests, regarding of food etc, however the changed this without any notice - meaning some very hungry children Please use tongs to serve food. Feels more dignified than your current surgical gloves. The had a great and won’t recall any of this. However remember that talk, impress them and it can really boost your business. Sadly today was a shambles. Didn’t even turn the bowling alley on, which was promised. Help the hosting out and cut the cake - hosting and grandparents were unable to get involved in the celebration as they were busy cutting up the cake. Small change but it will make a difference. Offer water, not just juice. selection of soft for kids. Food isn't great and it's quite expensive. You have to book in advance. Visited for my granddaughter's birthday party. The ideal venue is well organised and great fun for the kids. Very busy, helpful. We had 19 in the room, and I wouldn't recommend any more for comfort. We used to visit twice per week, we will find a new place as they refused our cash at the door. We travel 30 minutes (1HOUR ROUND TRIP) to this venue they see us regularly they have all my details. YES I HAD 3 £50 NOTES IF THE NOTE WAS FAKE THEY WOULD FIND ME EASILY. ITS DISGUSTING THAT COMPANIES REFUSE LEGAL TENDER . 4 plus food 1/2 per week you done me a favour. An as for the owner forcing these policies to force cashless your a joke. There was no foul language at the old girl either so cut that out. Cosmic Kingdom will get our twice weekly visit now. THANKS AGAIN. 😊 Great area, keeps entertained for ages Ruff ‘n’ Tumble is a fantastic place for kids’ parties — clean, fun, and full of energy! A special thanks to the (Kim), who went above and beyond to help us with the event. She was supportive, friendly, and ensured everything run smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I entered a complaint about our experience to the venue about six weeks ago now, and didn’t intend to write a review if the response was adequate. But they haven’t acknowledged the contact. We booked a disco for our daughter in November and had a pretty poor experience. It was poorly managed, and the main issues were 1) understaffing, and 2) the apathetic attitude of the we did have. I am not sure who our coordinator was, as they never introduced themselves to my wife or I. The only anyone approached me was to interrupt a conversation I was having, 15 minutes into the party, to demand that I go and settle the bill there and then. The disco and games element of the were just bad. Two unenthusiastic members of who acted like they’d been forced to field the session at five minutes notice. They were not enthusiastic and had no prescence. Everything ran behind schedule. The were in the ready to eat for 10 minutes before the food arrived. The same two members of did everything – running the disco and the games, and going up and down the stairs to get and serve the food. It would have made much for sense for someone to bring the food up to the while the disco was underway. (The rest of the venue was closed and there were at least half a dozen members of still on site). In the end we didn’t even get to sing Happy Birthday in the as planned because the had such a wait for food, then there were big gaps between the different steps (cleaning up, ice cream arriving) that we couldn’t keep them sat in the any longer. Many and had already started to drift off home at this point as it was getting late. The two members of knew that we were unhappy at the because they could hear me apologising to other - although no one had actually checked in with us at any - but they didn’t seek to address this and hid away after they’d cleaned the tables (there were large sections of with no present). They had no control over the events and we had to do far more of the organising that we should have had to, given that we had paid someone else to do it. Other issues include: • The disco element of the package only involved one song (Cha-cha slide). • A member of staffing vacuuming outside the dining – in the area, during the - whilst the were waiting for their food. The added insult here being that this member of could have helped serve the food. • We requested the bowling alley be turned on when we first got there, as it was a feature of our booking, but it never was. • No one offered to cut our cake for us, which I understand is a standard feature of the package. The soft itself seemed fine and the enjoyed that, but I couldn’t recommend this venue for parties. There was far too much wrong and pretty much all of the issues are avoidable with a bit of effort, attention and care. Had a really lovely experience here today, we went late afternoon and it wasn’t overly busy which was nice. All of the were so friendly and just went above and beyond, my daughter has a broken leg so couldn’t so one of the brought her some colouring pencils and paper, the same member of also brought my nephew, daughter and little boy a bag as she had overheard it was my nephews birthday, all of the were so nice and it really makes a difference, the place is great for and the food was lovely and entry is much cheaper than most I have been to Most times of late coming here the place is over subscribed your constantly looking for seats & tables… today it’s become a joke there’s not even cups for hot drinks are walking around aimlessly. It just keeps getting worse every visit came home with head lice! second when this happens. please double check your cleaning staff, and the reading this, please wash your and keep a hygiene. you are adults, you should know better 🥴🥴🥴 have fun, occupied them too. Reasonably priced food and drink, some a little expensive, but for a fun activity for kids, safe and overall good. This was my first at your area, it’s a wonderful place for to play. All the are so friendly and helpful. The is well thought out for the to safely. We had food and a lovely cuppa tea and coffee, the food was delicious too. Well done, I shall bring my grandchildren again, also the whole place was lovely and clean, thanks for a fabulous 🫶 Absolute joke of a place, booked for 2 online and when we arrived, all of the tables were reserved for "parties" so therefore we couldn't find an appropriate table to watch the 2 under 5 whilst playing. I work in a restaurant with an adjoining area, so if you know your facilities cannot accommodate for the masses, that have also booked, why allow people to book online or why not contact them about their booking or make sure there is a table reserved for them? The place is an absolute joke and the are incompetent and miserable, the member signed us in and seen us leave less than 5 minutes after but thanked us for coming??? This place is past its best and the all need better training evidently. Waste of fuel money and a waste of £15 from booking online. AVOID.
