Bicycle hire is very affordable and a great way to explore the area safely Denatured beaches... If I had to rate the nature I'd definitely give 5stars. But since the beautiful long sandy beaches are all altered by so many umbrellas and chairs and since the beautiful nature is privatized in this country, it loses all the charm and becomes just over-rated. What's the pleasure of being on a if you cannot choose where to sit even when you pay? You can't even enjoy a long walk because of the too many private spots (even empty) all over the beach? Oh and I was told that private means clean! Isn't it a shame to tolerate plastic waste and all kind of trash on some other beaches (very few) just because they are free? It's all over-rated...I can't imagine South Miami beach, Maspslomas or la Costa del Sol becoming the same. They are public and CLEAN and you can enjoy walking long miles on the beautiful clean sand day and night without the invading private umbrellas and their owners who want to decide for you where to sit or lay. Very disappointed and that's the normal feeling when you know the good beaches of the other countries. There was totally not a single place where the was public. All are reserved by private owners. The only space to use for free is under the pier. Maybe one day there was someplace here to enjoy, but now there isn't one. Loved here, free beach, but facilities to use toilets, showers etc. Just take a towel or blanket to sit on. Sea was warm enough to swim in.
